Best Heat Pump Maintenance in Tucson AZ

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

I've had Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating out multiple times... In fact they are the only company I contact when it comes to heating, cooling, plumbing, AND Electric. I've never had an issue and they always charge a fair price. I will continue to use this company and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! I recommend them 10x over. Danny, Cody and Gilbert were a pleasure to work with. Thank you again guys!

I recently had Temp Con come service my ac/heating system. They were professional and friendly. I was pleased to see that they actually took the time to help me understand a little more about how important it is to keep your systems up to date on maintenance. I would recommend them to anybody.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow.
