We called Drain Masters about a clogged tub drain and were very grateful that Ricardo came over right away and unclogged the drain very quickly. Wonderful service and a great person too. Such a pleasure to meet someone who really cares. We'll definitely ask for Ricardo next time we need plumbing help!

Noble Plumbing was very professional and reasonably priced. They did an instal for us in a timely matter and made sure everything functioned correctly before leaving.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Angelo was prompt and able to help me within the hour. I was in a bind with my drains completely clogged, I needed someone fast. He showed up 15 minutes early and was done with the job in an hour and a half. Very affordable and easy to work with. I'll definitely use Affordable Plumbing again.

Elton came out and did a fantastic job. You cannot even tell that I had my supply line replaced. My landscaping looks just like it did before and best the part is no more leak.

We've been using Pioneer Plumbing for three years, since we bought our new home. They have done extensive work for us and we have always been very happy with the quality and customer service from the plumbing crew. Danny Perez is absolutely the best and has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, including in emergencies. We have loved having a plumber who we could count on and who genuinely cared about our needs. The back office has not always been so on top of things. Pioneer did a project for us in 2019 and neglected to bill us for over a year. A small piece of that project ($150) was repairing a pipe our exterminator broke, which the extermination company asked Pioneer to bill to them directly. When it was brought to our attention that they never invoiced us, we paid them right away, except for that small bill, which we asked Pioneer to send to the exterminator, and they did. Many months later, in September 2021, we got a call from Pioneer saying they had never been paid the $150. We'd had a death in the family and were out of state at the time, and asked for some time to follow up with the extermination company given the circumstances. We received a couple of voice mails from Mike at Pioneer over the next two weeks, followed by a text in week three threatening to send us to collections. We were once again about to travel out of state, this time for the memorial service. We have impeccable credit, because we always pay our bills, so on our way to bury my wife's mother I took time during a brief layover to call Pioneer and pay the bill so it wouldn't go to collections, knowing we would likely not now be able to recoup it from the exterminator. This was the last thing we should have had to think about at that time. This experience was so completely out of character for Pioneer and the excellent, personalized service we were accustomed to receiving. My wife spoke with an owner about it and apparently Mike was just doing his job and there was nothing wrong with the way he treated us, so we won't be using or recommending Pioneer again. Pro tip to local businesses: when a good loyal customer asks for a little extra time to take care of something in a time of crisis, and it's no big hardship to you, grant it. Your kindness will not be forgotten. If your company is a jerk to someone who is grieving and makes an incredibly hard time even worse, we are not likely to forgive that. All you had to do was show a little compassion and give us another couple of weeks, Mike, but you got your lousy $150. Hope it was worth losing a customer.

Code Blue Plumbing did an excellent job working with me regarding a drain pipe leak that I had in my house. They were patient with me and assisted me with getting all of my plumbing needs completed. They were friendly and helpful!

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed a plumber to reconfigure our two sink drains into one. I left messages with several plumbers on the east side as I live in Corona de Tucson. Angelo was the only one who called me back. He was able to schedule us a couple days out to fit my schedule. I loved the efficiency of interacting via text and him asking for pictures after we opened the wall so there were no surprises and wasted time. Rigo arrived early, was friendly, well prepared, and got straight to work. I thought he would merge the two somehow and there would be capped off lines, etc. What I got was complete removal of the previous connections, new pipe, boards moved and there is no evidence of the previous connections! Very professional work for a very good price and he was done in an hour and a half! I will be calling back when demo is complete to have him cap the tub drain, etc. I am so glad to have found Affordable Plumbing!
Update: After shower/tub demo, I called Affordable Plumbing back because of some hidden leak damage and to cap off the tub drain. Rigo came out and assessed the problem. We thought a lot more would need to be replaced, but Rigo pointed out the origin of the leak and replaced only what was necessary. He installed the new mixer valve we had bought and even added the connection for the additional spray bar that was going in. Nice and tidy for the tile guys… Very honest and fair price for all the work he did (chiseled thru concrete to expose the drain) Thank you again! I appreciate the consistent excellent service!

Sometime in May 2021 Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island and the water there flows freely. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. Presidio left us with no hot water pressure. I now have to find a reputable plumbing company to repair the clog caused by Presidio. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
