Zach came out on Sunday to fix a leaking bathroom faucet as I was leaving town that afternoon. He was friendly, courteous and completed the job very quickly. I was very happy with the overall of service. Highly recommend!

We received a quote from Fusion for work that we need done. We are pleased with the numbers and are eagerly anticipating a good job. Martin’ and Jessica came to our home to do the quote. They were most helpful and proved that they have the knowledge and expertise to do the job. I’m looking forward to giving a follow-up review upon completion of the work!

UPDATE: Martin’ completed the job today. We found him to be a diligent worker, on task, on time, professional, and a very pleasant young man. We also had contact with the owner, Shawn during the course of this job and were likewise impressed with him and his concern that his customers are pleased. We will definitely be them a recommendation to everyone we know.

Service calls $79.00, that cheaper then most.Only had to wait one day for services most were 3 days out.Thank goodness it wasn't emergency.We need to have a few same things done for house inspection.Our service guy was on time ,knowledgeable and disagreed with the inspects report..He wrote everything down to certify all he done so we could forward. to realtor.He was sociable and easy to work with.I would recommend them to anyone.

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place.
