i had a bad experience with another company that could only complete 1 of the 3 jobs we needed done. They recommended George with Zing Plumbing. George was excellent. We had to postpone his visit a couple times. He was flexible, courteous, and accommodating! His work was exactly what we wanted. He priced and presented 3 options, let us chose what we wanted. He delivered as promised. He cleaned up after himself, wiped the kitchen floor down! Wow, George has a new customer for life! Thank you so very much!

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!! I contracted with MacInnis to replace 170' of water line from the meter to my shut off. Mike provided a very fair and thorough quote compared to other vendors.Tyler and the crew were very responsive and completed the job professionally and quickly (in 4 hours!). They took time to explain the entire process while on site. Chandra was a pleasure to deal with in their office. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Chris and Alex were both very professional, knowledgeable, kind, polite, respectful and punctual. Extremely impressed by both of them. They told me how they were going to proceed in unclogging my kitchen drain and took the time to answer all my questions making sure I understood. They were Covid compliant. Professional people and excellent service

We called 1800Plumbing to evaluate the water heater in a home that we have listed for sale to ensure that it is functioning properly and will provide a good experience for a buyer. They responded very promptly, had excellent attention to detail and patiently answered all of our questions (quite knowledgeably, at that). We have great faith in both the service tech and John, the Manager, who was a joy to work with. It is very nice to have found a trustworthy go-to plumber in the Tucson area.
