Daniel and Quincy did a great job fixing a gas wall heater and turning off gas to an old stove. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Daniel even suggested good restaurants in the area, since we're from Illinois. They were on time and made sure to call and text with reminders. We will keep Fusion in mind if we need future work done.

The technician, Joe, showed up at 8am, on time and was very nice. He was professional and explained everything going on with our AC unit. He showed us what we need to do to prevent the coils from freezing up and in a hour and a half, Joe got our AC working again for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating! I was so happy, I gave Joe some of my homemade cookies for his hard work! Thank you Joe!

Whenever I have any trouble with my plumbing at my house or business I call Zing plumming. They take care of your problems speedy and efficiently. I had a sink drain back up at my business about a month ago. I called George and he was out of town, but reccomended someone else. The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
