I had to call drain masters after my drains started backing up in my showers. Zack and Marshall came today and arrived in the time window I was given. They were both professional, kind and efficient. I highly recommend!

We called Bio Remedies about clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. They responded promptly, and they knew exactly how to fix everything. The two plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleared the drains quickly and did not leave a mess. We will use them for all our plumbing needs, and we recommend them highly. They are the best.

These folks did an outstanding job. Honest and straight forward. Did not try to upsell me anything or sell me what I did not need. My AC system bought the farm after almost 14 years, and needed to be replaced. They rushed over a couple of portable cooling units to hold me over until the parts arrived and the work could be scheduled. The price for all work done was very reasonable. I called Temperature Control (who plasters the mailbox with flyers) for an estimate. They were almost three thousand more, and only offered a warranty that was half of what Done Rite offered. Needles to say, Done Rite got the job and I could not be happier. Everyone I had contact with, whether on the phone, or in person, was friendly, professional, and really cared about doing a good job.

We had Mike come at the EARLY end of his arrival window, work quickly and quietly without finding the suspicious extras some plumbers do. The best plumbing experience we have had, and we are OLD!

As a veteran of the HVAC industry I am very pleased to give Williamson's A.C. in Tucson the best of ratings. They recently worked on my daughter's system in Oro Valley after another HVAC co. had been there numerous times just changing parts. Williamson's tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly. The previous co. had put in the wrong parts and had charged exorbitant prices for those parts. Williamson's tech found that the unit was still under warranty, ordered the correct parts at no charge and installed them at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Williamson's to everyone needing service or installation.

Plumbing issues: The plumbing company I have used the past few years and trusted completely merged with Rite Way so was not sure about using them, but had two leaks with little options in an emergency.The plumbers that came out took care of the problems quickly and were very personable, friendly and willing to go through what they were doing step by step. This is very important to me even though I understand it can be annoying to have someone following you around and asking questions while you are trying to work. Unfortunately this needing to know has come from previous bad and costly experiences so very necessary for me to feel comfortable working with new people.Prices were reasonable for the work done.Will continue to use this company as long as they continue sending competent professionals and charge appropriately.So far, thumbs up.
