Steve, Cameron and Alex were very friendly and always showed up for our appointments on time. They explained to us what was being done and why. They were very knowledgeable. The Perma-lining was installed perfectly. We have no complaints. It was a true pleasure.

I waved to one of the guys as they passed us on the road and he held up a cigarette and flipped us off 😂

Wally came to repair our a/c. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and didn't stop working until he fixed our a/c issue.

We've used Swanson twice. Once to snake the kitchen drain, and the another time to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally, at competitive rate, without any games.

Dunn Plumbing got here about an hour early! I was notified in advance that they would be here early and they were. So awesome that a service provider showed up early since all too often he service industry runs behind schedule. The service was performed at the price quoted by phone, another plus. So happy that I was referred to Dunn Plumbing. I will definitely use them in the future as the need arises.

Called, set appointment, stated someone will be out in an hour, hour passed, called for status, said they no longer service Tucson... Why did you take my appointment? Why did you state someone will be out in an hour? Why did I have to call back? Why does your website still show service in Tucson? Why is your listing still on Google maps? 🤬

My AC went out in early evening. I called Williamson expecting to just leave a message but a real person answered and forwarded my message immediately. Walter called me back in a couple of minutes and was at my house in another 30 minutes. He replaced the broken thermostat and installed additional needed parts. I was thrilled to receive such prompt service and to completely avoid a hot and sleepless night!

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Two crews installed our system in a professional and clean manner. All were courteous, polite and explained the different processes they were doing. Had a couple minor issues after installation that were addressed immediately.We are very satisfied with the help we received from the salesman explaining the different options available and the plus and minus of each unit.
