Al Coronado Plumbing was willing to send out a tech to estimate our huge renovation. John was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We have yet to choose a plumbing contractor but after today I would not hesitate to pick Al Coronado Plumbing to do the job.

Great Service, Good Value for the Buck.

We called this company to repair a leaking shower (caused by the cartridge). The original technician arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for the repair costs which seemed very high: $400 to repair or $1200 to replace . However we agreed to have the company do the work. They canceled the first appointment due to an employee's illness (understandable) and rescheduled for the following day. No one showed up and we had to call them twice - they did not communicate with us. The next day the same thing happened- they did not show up and did not communicate- we had to call them. On the third day, they did not come at the newly scheduled time. I phoned them and said I had to leave and cancelled the appointment. I contacted another company who came during the time window, completed the job and charged us less than $300 for the replacement.

Great Family business!

The staff of Plumber of Tucson is perfect blend of courteous and no nonsense hard working people. Joe, Steve, Dillon and Chris are really good guys who go out of their way to explain things and answers questions. The are so genuine in their desire to provide the highest quality of work. We live in a unique and somewhat historical southern Arizona territorial adobe block home. We have 10 inch solid block walks, 20 foot post/beam ceilings and brick floors throughout the house. No crawl spaces, no attic space and 50 plus year old cast iron pipes buried 4-5 feet below the concrete and brick floors.

We spent a year renovating the house and are now facing a choice of destroying the house to retrench the pipes or using the pipe bursting method to replace the pipes. We are just done with all the preparations prior to pipe bursting. Steve and Dillon have take extreme care not to damage a newly renovated Casita. They place cardboard on all of the floors/walls/vanities around the project. Everything is draped in thick plastic to keep the dust down to a minimum. They clean up the work site every day.

I will update this post when the project is complete. I have worked in facilities construction and renovation for over 10 years in the medical clinic and hospital environment. Plumber of Tucson is by far the best plumbing contractor I have ever experienced.

When my insurance company couldn't get a repair person for my emergency, they called Agile, and Michael said he would take care of it and he did. Nice man and my problem was solved. I would ask for them again. JA Hefferan, Oro Valley

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
