Roots. I hope you never have roots in your drains! If you do I would not hesitate to recommend Cummings. It took 8-10 hours a day with a crew of 4 to 9 workers for 5 days to get the job done. Without exception, every person was professional, focused. Every evening, when it got too dark to work, they cleaned up, leaving us with a clean house each night. They were creative in finding solutions that did not require jack-hammering my floor. They stayed within the original quote even as they encountered new obstacles. I would call them again.

Manuel and Daniel did a great job. They explained the problem well and also described what they were doing as they went through the repair process. Everything was cleaned up well before they left. Glad I used TempControl and appreciate how quickly they responded to my problem.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.

I am a home inspector. I always recommend to my clients that they have the main sewer line video inspected during the inspection period when they buy a home. The hidden issues that might be lurking within can be costly to repair.

They really know their stuff when it comes to sewer lines. They have great cameras of various types and sizes to get into pretty much any sewer line. They also have pretty impressive tools and technologies to perform repairs where needed, often without even having to dig.

Another plumber said that the pipes under the house were all bad and needed replaced - for thousands of dollars and a week to trench the yard. I called Expert Plumbing for a second opinion. They inspected the pipes(which did not need to be replaced), cleared the lined of tree roots, put in a new clean out for 1/10th of the original estimate and were done in less than a day! I trust Expert Plumbers.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
