Over the last three years, I have had Zing Plumbing come 3 times for various repairs and installations. Mr. Etchen has installed a new hot water heater, replaced an outdoor faucet, wrapped pipes for the winter, installed a new kitchen faucet, and, today, he repaired a toilet and a shower head. He has done everything to perfection. He is always on time, reasonable in price, professional and cleans up after himself.I have never been disappointed in his work which he guarantees....but I have never had to call him back. He does the job right the first time. In addition to his skill, he is a super nice person.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

We called them because they advertised free estimates. However, he surprised us by charging $125 when he left. I would say he is a good technician, but I also believe this is false advertising on the company's part.

Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to Paul. I've used Paul on multiple occasions and plan to again in the future. He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. He also took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater to get the most life out of it. It is such a relief to have a plumber I can really trust.

I have had a great experience with this company so far. The sales man, Stein, who came out was the third water treatment sales person I have dealt with (2 from other companies) and the first one who I actually wanted to buy from. He listened to me and helped me chose products I am happy about that are in my price range, as well as giving me some great discounts.The installation team that came out - Isaac and Ramesh- was super professional and did an amazing job dealing with the difficulties that my adobe house presented for installation. Their work was neat, efficient, and precise. I would highly recommend this company.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Have used them several times and they have always been reliable.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I called to repair the water heater, after an hour working on it and changing a part the water heater didnt work, nevertheless he charged me $134 .
The tech made a comment that the water heater was cheap
