Over the last three years, I have had Zing Plumbing come 3 times for various repairs and installations. Mr. Etchen has installed a new hot water heater, replaced an outdoor faucet, wrapped pipes for the winter, installed a new kitchen faucet, and, today, he repaired a toilet and a shower head. He has done everything to perfection. He is always on time, reasonable in price, professional and cleans up after himself.I have never been disappointed in his work which he guarantees....but I have never had to call him back. He does the job right the first time. In addition to his skill, he is a super nice person.

Had a clogged bathroom drain, called and they were out the same day. Unclogged the sink and it worked perfectly. Cody and Billy were professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from this company. Scheduling an appointment was simple, and I didn't have to wait days or weeks for the first available date. I tried this company because I bought a voucher on Living Social. I would recommend Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating.The voucher was for an A/C inspection and cleaning. The technician arrived promptly at the beginning of the time frame of the appointment. He was very thorough and efficient. He detected a charred wire on the A/C unit and replaced it free of charge. He also explained to me how that wire became charred and how a starter kit can prevent that from happening. I went ahead and had him install the starter kit. He did not push for this sale or pressure me into installing the kit, but simply provided his knowledge and expertise on why he recommended it.Aside from installing a starter kit, the technician gave our A/C unit a clean bill of health (it's coming up on 10 years).I've seen other A/C technicians from other companies at work at my parent's home, and they lack the professionalism that was displayed by our Intelligent Design A/C technician.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

She guaranteed we'd have a tech to our home by 12pm they were at my home by 1145am. AWESOME quick service in my home. Robert was knowledgable and polite. He quickly unclogged the toilet and even his boss Rick came by to check that everything went smoothly. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I purchased the Sadie Guard dog guarantee and it was worth every penny. I've spent hundreds of. dollars on plumbing services over the past 10 years of being a homeowner. The plumber from Curtiss repaired a leaking outdoor pipe, a leaky shower faucet, and fixed the hot water on our kitchen sink and shower. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire Curtiss for future plumbing work.
