Drainmasters plumber came out to unclog my shower drain. Plumber was courteous and professional... fast reliable service... would recommend Drainmasters to family and friends.,

I can tell you this .. there are a lot of poop sandwhich shops out there that don’t know the first thing about showing up on time or just showing up to an appointment or the know how to explain how to fix the problem they are there to fix.
Thank god This was not the case with fusion Plumbing..
Not only did they friggen show up.. but they were early…
Now let me tell you how annoying I am… I ask a ton of questions. A LOT!
But whatever question I asked they had an answer or a recommendation , they never steered me in the wrong direction ..
Fusion plumbing is the real MVP of all the plumbing outfits out there..
I will certainly be using them in the future if my house has another catastrophe!

We still have a few issues to work out with our new HVAC, called customer service with immediate assistance yesterday to assess (technician provided excellent customer service by explaining issue) and then Benjamin Prado and Alex Tores returned today to resolve giving me feedback on issue and photos to show how it was fixed. As always with every technician, took time to answer all my questions and very sweet to my ill mannered doggie that tries to run the show. Thank you 🙏

Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow
