Intelligent Air Design did great. The technician was very prompt and extremely professional. I showed where both indoor units where (upstairs and downstairs) and also where the units were outside. He did what he needed to do in a respectful manner (I have 2 young kids) and when he was completed he went through every item on the list individually. His explanations of any problems were very clear and I was able to understand. He offered to schedule someone to have any issues fixed but unfortunately we have a home warranty that Intelligent Air does not work with so we had to go with an outside vendor. We will definite use Intelligent Air in the future.

Residential Hot water heaters last a long time, so it shouldn't be a traumatic experience for one to go out. Unfortunately, ours went out while we had house guests, really not good timing. Fortunately, Temperature-Control here in Tucson, AZ dispatched Manuel Valdez and Justin Smith to diagnose and as it turned out replace our hot water heater. We opted for the newer technology of a tankless water heater. Everything needed was in stock in spite of all the supply chain issues in the world. Then Manny and Justin made quick work of a clean and professional installation. An unexpected benefit was a recirculation mode that means next winter if won't take 5 minutes or waste gallons of water to get hot water in the kitchen. Great job and much appreciated. I highly recommend Temperature-Control, I've been using them for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues since they gave me a very valuable second option on an A/C problem.

I was absolutely blown away with the service I received. The technician did an absolutely AMAZING job repairing my drywall. He was friendly and efficient. He spent about 45 minutes cleaning up the work area when he was done. He even mopped my hall and entryway! Who does that! I would highly recommend Parker & Sons. From the person who took my initial call to the technician who came out to complete the work the service was bar none. I am beyond pleased and will definitely be using them again!

I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I requested a service call from Strongbuilt on Wednesday evening, they called me Thursday morning to let me know they’d be out Thursday night. My AC was not cooling and the pipes were freezing over. They sent TJ out who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He deep cleaned my coils and motor, they were clogged with pet hair. TJ gave me a new upkeep plan to ensure my AC runs smoothly moving forward. I would highly recommend Strongbuilt and request TJ for all yours AC needs!

I am posting this review based on not receiving a call back on the service provided most recently. Which Rite Way is pretty good at. I initially called to ask why my gas bill, since having my HVAC installed has doubled. They sent a tech out to look at it, but nothing was resolved other than he didn't have all the right parts for his tester so I don't even know if the readings were correct. What also through me off was how he had to keep looking at the data plate for the required pressure readings for this Trane System. Shouldn't he already have that info based on the install info that should be on my account with them. Also I kept asking him how my gas bill could double in the same 3 months since replacing the HVAC. He kept saying it has been cold and also said it could be a leak and I said that's better luck than winning the lottery. No way you can tell me my house suddenly develops a leak right after a new install. He tested all the fittings and even the water heater and gas register, which he continually indicated he didn't have to. We maintain our house at 68 most of the winter, with the occasional bump up to 69. I'm afraid to see what my bill would be if we ran it higher. I gave this company props for a previous plumbing job, but maybe I was to quick to praise. The individual said he was attempting to call his manage to get assistance but eventually left saying he would call me or the manager would once he heard from him to fill me in on what could be going on. Right now I'm not really saving energy when my heater runs.

Had a great experience. Needed some work done to replace our pressure regulator. While the plumber was looking at the work he made some suggestions that made sense that I liked.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
