We have a new home with lots of charm which is awesome but has come with a variety of plumbing challenges. We have had the pleasure of working with Angelo 3 times already. (Sigh) Angelo has been wonderful with each new panicked phone call. He answered the first phone call at 8 at night and was out the next day. We had substantial work to do and he and his partner made short work of it. He works with us on finding the right resolutions that makes sense financially and for the future of our home. We trust him for all of our plumbing work large and small. We consider him a partner in our future business and are lucky to have found him. All the work is top notch and fairly priced. Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

They couldn't fix a leak just put new hardware in and charge 400 + dollars, still have a leak.....thank's for nothing

Andrew came over to unplug 2 toilets and 2 showers. He was very professional and personable. The job was done to everyone's satisfaction, especially mine. I also don't fee that the price was out of line as a matter of fact, I was pleased when he told me how much it was going to be. Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

The descriptors associated with our experience with Abacus are many and all positive; conscientious, professional, knowledgeable, timely, to list some that come immediately to mind. It is my opinion that someone would be hard pressed to hire a better contractor then what Abacus demonstrated themselves to be in regard to resolving our plumbing dilemma. I can't recommend Shane and company highly enough.

Had a problem with water softener called and plumber arrived same day however he took a look at softener and proceeded to tell me that the gears were stripped without plugging it in I noticed the gears were turning when it was plugged in he then told me it was shot and needed to be replaced at a cost of $5500 when I asked if I could purchase a unit somewhere else and have them install it the price for installation was $1291 if he had done any troubleshooting he would have found out the problem was a $20 switch

Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.
