Best Drain Inspection in Tucson AZ

I had a clog in the laundry line. The issue was cleared out. Just past the one year warranty the same issue occurred. I wish they would have tried to discount the next visit to make it right. The Problem coming back right at the one year mark means the issue was not fixed. Once a line is cleared it should stay cleared for several years. Too bad. The staff were really nice and were also tipped above the price they quoted. I'll try anot her company next time.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. The people that delivered the refrigerator hooked up the water line but couldn't get the water flowing. I called Affordable Plumbing. David H. came out and had the water flowing and the dispenser working in about 5 minutes. Best of all, he didn't even charge me for the visit!! This is the fourth time I've used Affordable Plumbing. Their work has always been top notch; their staff always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly; and their prices always very reasonable. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

We are very happy with the maintenance and repair team, Jeremiah and John, and their customer service mentality. Our blower on the AC unit was acting up a few months ago under our warranty but by the time a tech got out to us it was running fine again. Well it finally died and of course after our warranty ended. Goettl replaced the part for us at no cost because of the intermittent issues we reported before and after the warranty was up. At this point they could have easily said it's not under warranty and we need to cover the cost but they did us a solid.

Anthony was quick and fair with a drain pipe clean out. Will use again, if needed.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Toilet was running. Fill valve needed to be replaced. Job was done in less than 15 minutes and had to pay for a full hour service charge of $104. They should have half hour charge. I should have gotten a handyman to do the job! Next time!

As usual, pleasant, friendly and competent professional arrived on time and went beyond expectations. Answered questions and completed the job quickly.

Called and spoke to Vera who booked me for first thing the next day. Austin showed up within the 1 hour time window they gave me. He was quick and professional. He let me know what he did and was only charged the service call fee for his time. If I have any plumbing issues again I will give them a call! Great experience.

I’m the facilities manager at Hotel Congress in Tucson. We first met Austin when he was with another company. His professionalism and can do / get it done attributes kept us with that company until the first job done by the other team. We are really happy to have found him doing his own thing and keeping his values intact. Still seems too pretty to be a plumber but, he will leave your site just as beautiful as it was. Usually better.
