Arrived promptly on time, fitting us in on his day off, on a Saturday of a Memorial Day weekend! Sewer line water was backing up through our shower drain. Austin diagnosed the source of our problem and spent the better part of the day outside digging and replacing the old corroded parts (in 95° heat). Everything works great now. Austin and Drain Medics are highly recommended by me and my wife. Service above and beyond our expectations.
