The technician showed up right at 7 am and worked diligently to get our new AC/Furnace unit installed as quick as possible. They were friendly and professional through out the entire install. The install quality is excellent.

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

We had a water leak on a Saturday! 😖 But Matt called back within minutes, and was here in an hour to fix it. He also recommended another small fix to have us working better! Paul was very helpful and detecting what was wrong with our plumbing problems. He worked up a list for us on what needed to be done and explained it very well to us. Paul was very professional. I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

Brian spent almost an hour and a half tracking down and taming gremlins that froze our thermostat. Very happy to pay the $49 weekend callout charge.

Very professional, and their expertise is obvious. We had 6 feet of 2 PVC pipes in our yard replaced due to a leak. They investigated and found a broken pressure valve regulator. We had way too much pressure in the line. They replaced the PVR next to our water meter. Good communication, good workers. Efficient billing. We are very happy and would recommend Mountain States Plumbing.

Sergio was always responsive, timely and did what he said he would do. I was so impressed with him, I gave his contact information to our property management company. I’m accustomed to contractors who don’t follow up, who don’t return calls, who show up late. This was not the case with Sergio. I was VERY IMPRESSED! I’m a realtor. I deal with a lot of contractors.
