Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

The plumber arrived early. He was friendly and professional. He completed all services requested and left both bathrooms neat. He also wore a face covering at our request. We will definitely use his services again if needed.

Jasper showed up in the early part of the window given me by the office. He explained in detail exactly how the new hot water heater would be installed. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the installation process.Jasper was professional in all aspects. Al Coronado is fortunate to have him on their team.

The customer service is top notch Tom and all the staff are professional, helpful ,problem solvers and they answer their phones . There is nothing to change here they do it right the first time.

Do not trust this company to come out and help you. We have had a drain clog since Monday. Made an appt and have been canceled and rescheduled 3 times at the last minute?? They were supposed to be here this morning (3rd reschedule) they just called to say they don't have any technicians in Tucson today. Ridiculous. Never again.

My Father Gilbert Castro was very grateful and appreciative of the work done by several employees on our “plumbing problem”. The employee’s included: Jose, Damian, Bobby, Jake Devore, Mike, and Jason. Everyone was kind, very professional, honest and they knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problem that they may be dealing with. (If we forgot any of the guys..please forgive us.)

My latest experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. The technician gave a fair estimate of my chances in repairing the 50+ year-old shower valve I had, and when it was concretely determined a new one would have to be put in, he did an outstanding job. Jacob was professional, friendly, and focused throughout the long day. Not only did he fix my problem, he did an exemplary job of cleaning up after himself. I was very impressed by him, and hope I don't have to see him again too soon!

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
