Joe was great. We called a little after 8 on a Monday morning and he called back within 10 minutes. They were able to tell me what kind of toilet to by and he was at our house before 10 am and done before 11. So happy to have found a new plumber that I will call anytime I need plumbing services. Will recommend him to everyone.

Could not shut water off in bath tub. Called at 7:30 am and plumber arrived by 9am. Had the problem fixed in 1/2 hour. Thanks Arico

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

I had this company come to unclog a toilet. The first guy, Steve, used an auger for 1 minute and declared it fixed for $170. Two days later, the toilet would not flush again. I asked them to come back via their 3 day guarantee and a more helpful and neater guy unclogged and flushed it about12 times but the clog was back the next day. I called and Steve came back again and spent less than a minute and dripped all over the floor unapologetically. Both guys insisted that its not an issue in the pipe or lateral. The clog was back the next day but I called another company.

Great people to deal with-fair prices, family owned...they really care about good customer service. I've used them for years and will continue to do so with confidence!

AC broke down @ 3:00 am. I live with my elderly mother and we have pets, cannot be without AC. Called this company at 3:05 am, customer service told me a technician would call me back asap. Waited 3 hours, no one ever called me so I called again. Spoke to a Chantal, she said she was putting in a emergency request and to give the technician an hour to return my call, waited an hour and half. I called them again, the customer representative was rude and very short tempered with me and told me she had no openings til Monday late afternoon between 3 and 6 pm. I told her why had they not mentioned this before, she so rudely interrupted and said this was the only time she had available and she hunged up on me. I will never do business with this company ever again. They were unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and very uncaring. Why were they not honest from the beginning? Instead they make you feel like you're bothering them, and they talk to you like what do you want. Never again.

Ramon and Emilio came out to fix a leaking garbage disposal for me. They were able to fix it on the spot. They were super friendly, professional, and effective. 10/10 will use this company again.

They arrived at the jobsite on time. They were thorough and explained what they had found. They also gave me an idea of what repairs or replacements I might need in the future. I will call them as needed in the future.

I've used Plumb Plumbing twice in the last month. They did the sewer scope for my home purchase and just this morning they fixed two new issues that came up after I moved in. Both experiences were excellent. Both plumbers were professional, on time, courteous, and did good work. I found the rate reasonable and am so happy that my frozen laundry valves and leaking tub/shower fixture are fixed. Will use again when needed!
