They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and their prices are very reasonable. most of all they were very polite and courteous and I would recommend plumber kings to everyone!!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Set up an appointment to have someone look at my hot water heater. Never mentioned anything about a 40 dollar fee. Had several others look for free. Since they were not transparent enough to inform me and just hand me a bill I chose not to use their services. 8 other providers estimated for free. Should have been upfront.

Had a good interaction with Aaron one time before so when it came time to have a leak in my shower plumbing repaired I called him first. He replaced the ploy pipes with pex for a reasonable price and made sure the tub overflow was fitted properly too. I would highly recommend his services. It's good to see people who take pride in their work.

Water heater Cal's installed 12 years ago needed some preventive maintenance. Cal's took care of it timely and professionally as expected.

5 stars to Mark Aguilar, Danny his helper and Jose Bejar his supervisor for completing a very dirty, hot, a/c duct work job. There were sever surprises with completing this job and they remained professional and pleasant until the job was completed.

It was hard for me to find a local plumber who would come out to unclog a commercial toilet. I contacted Rite Way and even though they had to drive 1 1/2 hours they came right away and were less expensive as local plumbers we used in the past. The tech was professional and on time. I would recommend Rite Way if you are looking for fast, reliable service.

Daniel did an excellent plumbing job for us replacing our kitchen faucet. He was on time, did very high quality work and was very professional. His charge for the work was fair and reasonable. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing work you might need.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Isaac was very helpful, professional, friendly, and was extremely informative. He is an efficient worker and was serious about work. Additionally, my dogs liked him which is always a good sign.

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

Great customer service and will not use another company. My grandmother got her ac serviced and Seth was extremely nice and caring for her. He worked hard and did his job perfectly! No complaints! Thank you Seth!

So we had gotten done a Counter top from lowes and also had their people they hire to do the re-installation of the plumbing...Well i am writing a review here so you can tell how that went... So we contacted roto rooter they sent Dave Tobara out to take a look and give us a qoute.. He while sitting on the kitchen floor gave us the qoute.. it was reasonable... We did need it fixed... he was super successful in completing what needed to be done Unlike that other company.. Ill just add that I am very grateful to Dave as now I do not have a mad wife at me for having leaks happening.

Sergio replaced the main water valve and the PRV. He explained it part of it and offered that when the PRV failed in a few years, we could get a replacement for the inner parts and repaired that ourselves. Very professional and will use again for any plumbing issues.
