JOEL GARCIA, THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO DO THE REPAIRS, FROM THE PREVIOUS TRIP FOR AN ESTIMATE., THAT WAS NOT SATISFACTORY, IS A VERY PERSONABLE YOUNG MAN. HE HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE ABOUT HIS WORK PERFORMANCE. HE IS PLEASANT TO BE AROUND, WITH A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM IN MY HOME, DOING THIS JOB. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MIKE, THAT CAME AND LEFT MY BATHROOM CABINET TORN UP. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET THE CABINET REPAIRED AND THEY FINALLY SENT JOEL GARCIA, TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS TECHNICIAN IS WHAT A PLUMBER SHOULD BE, CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING A JOB DONE RIGHT AND HAVING A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. MR. ROOTER, YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WITH THIS KIND OF INTEGRITY. JOEL GARCIA, WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY AND DECENTLY AND IN ORDER. YOU NEED TO GET MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM AND YOU SURE DO NEED TO KEEP HIM. HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY, TO RE-BUILD YOUR POOR REPUTATION, WITH ALL YOUR MANY COMPLAINTS, THAT HAVE BEEN WRITTEN. We had a bunch of water seeping out from under an interior wall near back-to-back bathrooms. All In Plumbing was the only plumbing company out of the four I called who could have someone onsite within hours. More specifically, All In Plumbing's owner, Derek, arrived promptly, figured out how to cut off water to the leak (pipes run through concrete foundation) while restoring water to the rest of out home. Along with his technician, Duran, they came up with a plan to isolate the leaking pipe in the foundation, then bypass that pipe, using PEX lines to thread through the walls, running new lines to the master bathroom. This approach prevented the need to start jack hammering the concrete foundation. Duran was the lead tech for the 3 days of work required to resolve our issue, essentially re-plumbing the master bathroom. We are extremely satisfied with the thoughtfulness in coming up with a plan, executing that plan flawlessly, effectively resolving what could have been a much bigger problem. Well done ..... VERY well done.

The plumbing company demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. I'm happy with the improved functionality of my plumbing system.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

So may 28th I got into contact with someone who works for arico about looking at my a/c unit. he said it was old and needed to be replaced. he said he needed 500$ cash down and 6000$ made out to him to get the unit. he wrote me an invoice for all of it. after 3 weeks of constant reschedueling for an install I said im tried of waiting and want a refund. he said the refund would take 15-30 days. so 7 weeks later still didnt have my refund. was constantly getting the run around when my money was going to be ready for me. I made 4 different phone calls to the office no one cared or did anything. currently ive hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit against the company and the installer for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want the same thing to happen to you.

After waiting all day on a Saturday this guy calls 3 minutes before he is supposed to arrive and says he won't get on the roof where our clean out is located. We explicitly told them hours earlier that the clean out was located on the roof. He said it was against city code and refused to help us. Not if your home was built in 1958!
