Ricardo did a great job installing a clean-out. There was a a delay related to getting some parts but fortunately the hole I dug wasn't far from the line and finding the line is the hardest part of the job. He also raked the gravel back in place and you couldn't tell there had been any digging going on. All on a hot humid August day.

I used this small business for my own small business, to replace the ancient water heater from my suite. They removed the 6 gallon tank and we put in a demand, under the sink, tankless water heater. They had their electrician hardwire it in and add a switch to turn it off and on, per commercial fire code. The water heater works great and is perfect for a space that only needs hot water for the bathroom sink. They were able to get it finished within the window of time I needed to have it completed, so I am very grateful. Thanks Picture Rocks Cooling Heating and Plumbing!

He was very informative and explained the whole process to be sure we knew what to expect. He was quick but thorough, even making sure to wipe down all areas he was working in which indicates pride in his work. It was 106 degrees when we arrived Saturday at our Tucson vacation home and our AC worked fine. The following afternoon it abruptly ceased working. Cummings answered our Sunday call and had a technician there first thing Monday am. The compressor had ceased working and unit needed to be replaced. We determined to replace entire AC unit and Cummings was able to start the job the following morning and complete replacement by late afternoon! Timely, courteous, helpful throughout. While replacing an AC unit is not cheap, the price was fair and the work was terrific and salvaged the remainder of our stay in a very hot week in May!

I had a sump pump installed and plumbing replaced all in a tight crawl space. Ryker lead the task and was a pleasure to task with. was upfront with explanations and options given throughout the whole process. Patrick is customer first and provided quality work. OUTSTANDING! James has serviced both my daughter's A/C unit in her condo and also in my home. He is very professional and kind. I was comfortable having him in our homes. Temp Control is incredibly fortunate to have James as a technician!

I used to have extremely high arches, but because I have large feet, it has always been hard to find shoes that fit let alone ones with enough arch support. After having worked at numerous jobs where I am constantly standing on concrete or similar floors, my arches have finally completely flattened out. I have been going to Hirsch's for over 2 years now, and have been helped by nearly all of their employees with every one of them being extremely helpful and going way beyond what most places consider acceptable customer service standards. They always have the size I need (even if it's not in the exact color or style I like), and help me choose the best shoe for whatever I need it for. There is a difference between liking how a shoe looks and if it will actually do the job required or not. Unfortunately, the owner is retiring and closing the store. If they aren't already closed, they will be in the next month or so.

I haven't been helped by the woman mentioned in previous reviews. The employees have all been men. What with working in the airport selling electronics, I know exactly how she feels when knowing someone is just there to find out what size they need then buy it online because it's less expensive, but I would never ever be rude to someone because of it. That is extremely bad practice. And if someone is looking for something my company doesn't carry, the internet is the first place I recommend; even giving suggestions on specific sites to try for whatever it is they need. I'm not a used car salesman and will NEVER sell something to someone that I know for a fact won't work for their needs, unless they insist on purchasing the item even after being forewarned it wasn't meant for that. Luckily, I haven't run into this issue during any of my visits to Hirsch's.
