A awesome project was done in a timely manner. Since it ws a rental home, I did not appreciate the 4 hour timeline. I waited at the property for 4 hours and 45 mins. I should have requested for a call 1 hour before the arrival and it would have been better.

I would endorse this company. They scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and when it was clear that my hot water heater needed to be replaced they were able to get me on the calendar for a replacement in less than 48 hours. The journeyman was very efficient, very professional and very informative. And very nice! He even thought of a few additional things that would serve me well with our house situation.

I had water leak from 11 years old water heater. I send message/email on Thursday evening 5pm. They replied in an hour and assigned repairman Friday Morning 8am. The repairman came 7:45am and suggested to install new one. he has it in his track so he installed and works good now. appreciated.

My repairman was Cristian. He contacted to tell me he was running late, which I much appreciated. When he arrived, he was courteous and well-spoken. After he finished cleaning out my sewer line, he raked back the mulch that covered the access and put the rake back in my garage. It was nearly 9:00 at night! I was very impressed with his patience in talking about my problem and very happy with this experience!

Shaun checked out hot water heater. Pilot light was out. Got pilot light working and gave me quotes on replacement of system. Shaun was professional and knowledgeable. Explained workings of the system so I could understand what was happening. You have a fantastic employee. Five stars!

He corrected the things that needed to be replaced such as the filter and humidifier pads (as well as cleaned the humidifier) in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up the space well afterwards. I received work from Hudson and Ray and it was some of the best work I have ever been provided. Ray and his team put in the furnace and , and Hudson came to finish the electrical on the job. Both were professional and helpful. I had a scare with a detector but they were quick to respond (within the hour) and assured me was fine (needed to update my detector). Hudson left in the middle of another job, and even stuck around and waited for Ray to arrive to ensure nothing was missed. They lived up to the “outrageously professional” tag line in my experience.
