I just had a great experience with Jason from. My roofers accidentally put a nail thru my water line in my attic and Jason was out the next morning and within 5 min of getting up the ladder he had the coupling installed and I was fixed. He also went out of his way to help us install a board under the decking so it didn’t happen again. He even grabbed a 2x4 out of his truck. If I ever need a plumber I will be giving All In a call, no doubt.

They did a great job of fixing my water heater in an affordable way, and gave me advice for the future. I will use them again, thanks!

They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

After 4 days of searching and calling Plumbing companies, I became discouraged and gave up. The next day water started bubbling in the bathroom and immediately, I knew I had to search again. I was referred to Anji (a name I was not familiar with} and decided to give them a try. In minutes I received a call from Plumber Kings and spoke to Chris. He took the time to listen to the problem I was having and explained the benefits he offered to his customers. After I confirmed for him to do the work, Chris sent his Assistant Robert to access the problem. Robert was courteous and gave detailed information as to how the work was going to be done. I was truly grateful and satisfied with his crew and the professionalism in completing the work. Thanks again everyone. I will definitely recommend Plumber Kings to whomever needs plumbing services.

Had most of our sewer line plumbing replaced by them after we had water damage from a plugged main drainage pipe. We have since had 2 leaks from our kitchen sink. The first one resulted from an improperly tightened fitting below the kitchen sink. The second, most recent, we found was a result of a PVC pipe in the wall that had come completely off of its coupling where it had been glued, since it was only inserted barely 1/4 inch into the coupling, despite the connection allowing it to enter 3/4 inches, seen in the pictures below. We had to completely tear our the drywall which had become soaked with sewer water as a result. Most of the 2x4 plate below it has also become soaked and rotten. Would Not Do business with again.

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

Victor showed up on time, did the work expeditiously and best of all affordably since my home's sale was contingent upon him fixing the problem right the first time. Victor showed up and completed the work instead of attempting to provide an estimate and show up to do the work another day which would have lost the sale of my home. Not only did he do all that was expected of him, I requested someone on such last minute notice that I was shocked how responsive this business and Victor were. He followed directions to the letter. Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found the problem right away, that another plumber claimed he had come to my rental home and claimed he did the repair…but NOTHING had been done. When I came to see the so called repair, everything was as I had left it, soaking wet towels in the same place and found that the flood had grown !!! The home is not rented yet, and there could have been a disaster for me, ruining beautiful new carpeting and more. Cal’s Plumbing sent Ryan out to help me within a few hours, the same day. I am grateful for their service.

We scheduled a maintenance check on our AC system that was making a loud bang on startup. Since the system was over 15 years old it unfortunately could not be fixed. Dallas came to our home and explained all of our options. We asked questions and decided on the best option that we could afford. There was no pressure and we feel Dallas gave us a great deal. Both the original tech and Dallas were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend Strongbuilt plumbing and air.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Steve has been a wonderful, professional plumber in taking care of our sewer and drain cleaning issues. He explains all the issues, finds the best affordable solution, is efficient and extremely friendly. I highly recommend him.

The homeowners insurance referred them to me. They did not return my calls to tell me when they were coming. I was home all day waiting. I received a call from the technician that he was at the house and no one was home. Again, I was home. He did not ring the bell or knock on the door! I ran outside, no one was there. I returned the call within 1 minute of his message. The technician did not answer his phone. I left a message begging him to come back. No response. I called the main number and explained what happened. I asked him to call the technician and he replied, “he won’t answer for me either”. Then, he hung up on me! Unbelievable. Steer clear of them. They play games because they don’t actually want to work.
