Good service and honest

Last week we were contacted by Chris at Plumber Kings. They were working on a sewer repair that ended up needing excavation out into the City Right of Way. Chris and I quickly came to terms and worked together to execute this project and get the customer back in service. It is so nice to come across a company like Plumber Kings, they are professional, helpful and do what they say they will do. We will be using and referring Chris and his team at Plumber Kings from here on out.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

I have a home warranty who sent 3 companies out to my house to diagnose my ac unit. All three companies spent 10 minutes in their diagnosis to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit. We got Arico out and Tim, took his time and was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis where he found several issues. Ultimately, the unit was in such bad shape, I was told the parts needed to fix it were more expensive than a new unit. They scheduled me quickly, got a crane to my house and removed the old and installed the new unit in lightning fast time. Tim was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and had an answer to my every question and explained things so that I understood. I am thrilled with the service I have received from Arico and highly recommend them!!

Aaron was on time and professional. He explained why the repair might cost more of certain things happened and what the ideal situation would be. He began the repair and everything went easily so he wound up charging me half of the original estimated cost. I was impressed. I would definitely use him and recommend him to others.

Called this company to repair the outdoor faucet as it was rusted and leaking. Water was turned off to the house and faucet replaced. After he left I had to call back as the toilet wasn't filling after being flushed, the sink water flow was very low, and metal shavings came out of the tub faucet when turned on. He came back and replaced the toilet parts that were blocked and replaced a part to my tub faucet. He took off the tub faucet, went outside and turned the water main on and water shot out with force hitting the shower wall and sprayed all over the window, floor, wall, vanity, mirror - I was yelling but he couldn't hear me as he was outside. Once it was turned off, I grabbed towels to soak up the water on the floor and elsewhere. I noticed the toilet tank was now leaking on the floor and mentioned it; he fixed that. While I wasn't charged the $100 or $110 for him to come back, I did have to pay for the parts that were fine before the outside faucet was replaced. I believe that had he flushed the lines by running the tub faucet, the second visit and extra cost to me could have been avoided. Thinking back it was quite comical when the water was spraying, but nothing was comical about having to pay an additional $130 something.

We used this plumber for our home inspection when purchasing our home. We also used the realtors recommended plumber. On The Way Plumbing services were much more thorough than the other plumbers inspection. Sergio took the time to explain everything and give us quotes for work that needed to be done. He responded quickly and efficiently to each question we had. Sergio was on time too!!!! We have never gotten that from other plumbers. We will definately use this plumber for all of our future plumbing needs.

A great and reputable plumbing company run by a team of honest folks. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town (though not the worst either, theyre comparable) but would you rather pay a budget company multiple times or pay a little extra to have quality work done right the first time?

They're a company that cares far more about doing the right thing than making a buck and as such they've earned my business as my go to plumbing company.

Anthony’s skill, scope and experience was exceptional today. I had an emergency and needed an experienced plumber who immediately diagnosed my issues and provided resolution without breaking the bank. Because of his excellent customer service and delivery of his expertise i will only use ASG plumbing from now on.

Sometime in May 2021 Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island and the water there flows freely. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. Presidio left us with no hot water pressure. I now have to find a reputable plumbing company to repair the clog caused by Presidio. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
