Best Drain Line Repair in Tucson AZ

Terrible experience. First technician was a very nice guy. But did not have tools to complete the temporary repair. Had to loan sockets to tighten the clamp which he had to go and get. Then could not run a temporary line as he had left his temp. line on another job.For two days did not show up at all. No call. So I called to see where they were and was told that a Manager would call back. No one ever did except to collect money. When they did show up, there was no call to say they were on the way. When they left, nothing said. Found that you cannot call this company locally. When you call you are calling Colorado. No local support.Was told by the original technician the emergency service would be applied to and taken off the final bill. It was not. I overheard the manager tell him the clamp would be taken off and reused for another job.However the real issue is that for three days they left a large pile of cement right in front of the door. Blocks they had jack hammered up.The person there is a 90 year old person. She had to get out to get her newspaper daily. If that were not enough, the same they left the chairs that are normally to the side of the front door right in front of the door. Not once but two separate days. The had specific instructions to not ring the door bell or disturb the tenant. So they rang the door bell and questioned her.They tied up a bush to keep it out of their way I presume. The bush is still tied up. They finished days ago.

Jeff came on time and with in 5 minutes found the problem. Fully explained my options and the membership plan with out any sales pressure. Which is a big deal for me. He had the part and fixed the AC with in 1/2 hour, back to being cool. Rinsed out unit, checked it out and gave some assurance that it should last through the summer now. We will put in a new until after things get back to normal and will for sure call Strongbuilt and ask for Jeff!

Both of my toilets were clogged. I contacted All in Plumbing and they will be out in about an hour. Quite pleased with their response.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Have been an ARICO customer for nearly 20 years, from a minor faucet installation to a complete repipe of my home. The staff have always been courteous and professional, from the receptionist who deals with phone calls to the technicians in the field who do the work. My last call was to replace a kitchen faucet. I wanted the same type of faucet and since the current one was over 15 years old, wasn't sure if they were still available. The General Manager did some research and found the part number for the faucet and I was able to order it on line. The technician came out and installed the new one. As always, the tech did a great job, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Would highly recommend ARICO.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Both were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Both did not hesitate to go the extra mile in assisting with everything I needed for my recently purchased home. Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. I now have to find a plumbing company to repair my clog and have to pay out of my own pocket. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
