Angelo and his associate arrived at our house just a few days after we contacted them. We had a long list of jobs that needed attention. Affordable plumbing checked those jobs off the list with lightening speed and the work was impeccable. The charge for their visit was markedly less than other quotes received. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing need in the future. Mr. Rooter just finished a major project on my home, moving us from a septic tank to the city sewer line. It was far from a pleasant experience. I knew the 4-5 day projected time to completion was overly optimistic but I didn’t expect it to draw out into 3 weeks. If there was anyone managing this project, I don’t know who it was. They certainly didn’t contact me on day 2 when they jackhammered into the water line. While it was fixed in a couple of hours, it took them 30 minutes to shut it off so the jury is out on that until I get my water bill. They would show up whenever or not show up when I was expecting them, sometimes working a couple of hours others a full day. By the final day, after they thought the project was complete (I the gravel to be spread, it's in mounds), I was done with Mr. Rooter. I’ll hire some else to clean up my yard and fix what they damaged. While they did what I hired them to do, from what I saw they don’t have the manpower for larger projects and their 'laborers' produced sloppy results. If you do opt for them, make sure Dave and Jay are involved, they will get the work done.

The plumber, Ben, called before arriving, was within the time estimate, professional and kind, and while the whole problem couldn't be fixed in one visit, he worked so hard and got my kitchen sink draining again for which I am so grateful! He got up on the roof multiple times to address the issue, even running a camera to better understand the problem. I had a great experience and would highly recommend TAZ plumbing.
