Great company with kind and knowledgeable professionals who deliver high quality service. Below is a list of my history with Plumber of Tucson.

December 2021 - I hit an outdoor pipe with the ladder at night causing a major leak leading to shutting off all water to the house. Plumber of Tucson arrived first thing the next morning and had the pipe fixed and water restored by 10am.

October 2022 - Leak from toilet causing water damage in the bathroom. Plumber of Tucson arrived same day to repair the leak, and returned the next morning to begin mold remediation.

February 2023 - Water heater sprung a leak and began flooding the garage. Contacted Plumber of Tucson at 2pm on a Friday, and they were out to my house by 5pm same day with a brand new water heater in hand.

Travis installed a tankless water heater and did a full descaling of my sewer system for me and was a really good experience. I love my new unit. And now I don’t have to worry about my sewer. He was very clean, and knowledgeable. I will only use him for now on. Thanks Travis.

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed a plumber to reconfigure our two sink drains into one. I left messages with several plumbers on the east side as I live in Corona de Tucson. Angelo was the only one who called me back. He was able to schedule us a couple days out to fit my schedule. I loved the efficiency of interacting via text and him asking for pictures after we opened the wall so there were no surprises and wasted time. Rigo arrived early, was friendly, well prepared, and got straight to work. I thought he would merge the two somehow and there would be capped off lines, etc. What I got was complete removal of the previous connections, new pipe, boards moved and there is no evidence of the previous connections! Very professional work for a very good price and he was done in an hour and a half! I will be calling back when demo is complete to have him cap the tub drain, etc. I am so glad to have found Affordable Plumbing!
Update: After shower/tub demo, I called Affordable Plumbing back because of some hidden leak damage and to cap off the tub drain. Rigo came out and assessed the problem. We thought a lot more would need to be replaced, but Rigo pointed out the origin of the leak and replaced only what was necessary. He installed the new mixer valve we had bought and even added the connection for the additional spray bar that was going in. Nice and tidy for the tile guys… Very honest and fair price for all the work he did (chiseled thru concrete to expose the drain) Thank you again! I appreciate the consistent excellent service!

Do not recommend them for any service. They were used through home warranty company to replace a water softener and install a pressure regulator. Billed us 9.5 hours of labor to install the regulator and redo the 12 inches of pipe that went from the outside of the wall to the softener. Talked to several plumbers about the job after the fact and they said it should have been a couple hours max. My wife called multiple times for a break down of the bill and they wouldn’t send one and then quit returning her calls.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Leonard helped us with a bathroom issue for plumbing a few months ago, and when we asked him to come back to fix an outdoor plumbing issue, he exhibited the same friendly, efficient and effective service that we saw the first time. This consistency means we will be calling Cals Plumbing and recommending Cals Plumbing for our own and our friends and neighbors plumbing needs

Paid a premium for their water treatment. When it didn’t work we called them out to check the system. They never checked the system, just spoke to us saying to give it more time to clean out our pipes. We waited a little over a year. When it still wasn’t working we called to ask them to take it all out and maybe give us some kind of refund. Strong built never even called back. Now we have to find someone to remove the system, pretty lousy service.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Professional was one of the few plumbing businesses that would give an estimate on the phone. It pays to call around- some estimates were up to $150 higher than Professional's. The toilet I needed installed had gotten terrible online reviews from plumbers due to being extremely difficult to install. It took Joey an hour longer than usual to wrestle that sucker into place, but he did a great job and Professional honored their original estimate.
