We called Al Coronadoand received next day service from Kevin K. Polite, courteous conversation about our hot water heater issue. He sent Russindo to install a new hot water heater...Russindo was a pleasure and helpful beyond what was his job. For instance we needed to move the refrigerator, it wouldnt budge. Russindo got on the floor and vacuumed underneath it. He was kind and we appreciated that so much...thank you for sending out two exemplary people to help us out...well done Al Coronado!!

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

I received a $250 water bill and called for a meter read. City of Tucson said a leak. I had sold my house and was waiting to close when this occurred. Talk about stress! A plumber and my realtor both referred American Leak Detection in Tucson to find the leak quickly and the most accurately. They were on time and found the problem within 10 minutes! Thank God no flooring had to be jack hammered out! The water softener O-ring blew out. The exhaust tube ran up the roof and down through the vent stack to the sewer pipe. The softener was turned off and the meter stopped running. Had I been dealing with someone else, I could have had flooring jack hammered out looking for a leak that wasn't there. This will be the only company I will ever call if I have a suspected leak. Thank you!

Brian and Donald were awesome. Very conscientious about keeping the work area clean. I had them come to my home which was built in the late 50’s. I have never had any work done on the plumbing this entire time. Brian explained everything that he was doing, and shared the real time camera scope and explained everything that he was seeing. He was very kind. Both he and Donald were extremely professional and patient with my questions, and with my recording and picture taking while they were working. Being a woman, you never know if someone is trying to pull a fast one on you and overcharge for parts and labor. These gentleman exceeded my expectations! I hope never to have any plumbing problems again, however, if I do…I’ll call these guys for sure without hesitation!!!

great work with affordable prices! Gave us a awesome price on replacing our hot water heater. professional, compliant with State COVID standards, and finish their great work in a timely manner. More importantly impressed with the integrity and helpfulness of the owner Kaden. He had come out early last year and provided us with honest feedback on some work that we thought needed to be done. We had received an unethical estimate on some plumbing work that was not needed. He also had no problem with answering questions on other minor issues around the house at no charge. He said just call me when you are ready. After Sam replaced our water heater we were so impressed by his work that we had them come back out two days later to our replace our sump pump and an outside water faucet. I highly recommend these gentleman and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues!
