After dealing with a nightmare emergency plumbing service. Our home warranty sent over Ben from TAZ. He was extremely kind and fixed our problem (the other guy couldnt and actually made worse) in 20 mins. Ben took a few mins to educate us and in less than 5 mins even fixed an issue with our water softener that I had been fighting for months. My wife an I are so grateful to have worked with Ben from TAZ he gave us exceptional service and we will recommend and use TAZ in the future!

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! Honestly don’t know how this company has so many positive ratings . They are careless & rude unprofessional and unexperienced and do not care about there customers.This company needs to train everyone on how to be professional and greet your customers and introduce there selfs & to show empathy even if they deep inside don’t feel it or don’t like there job & how not to talk down on your other co workers as well because that makes them look very unprofessional . I read there website and it said they charge a flat rate fee then the guy we had came out said he would charge per hour plus the estimate that they had already gave us no one never explain that to us either they overcharge or these guys are trying to make side money for themselves either way I strongly do not recommend this company at all & I will never get service from there again . They say they provide good service that there professional and what not and honestly that’s all a big lie .Seriously if there was star ratings for negative feedback I would select them all . You guys want quality service and people who actually care and want to get the job done I strongly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air !

Sergio was recommended to me by Alan of Loyal Lab Irrigation when my main water line failed. Sergio arrived in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. Two other plummers failed to respond and Sergio was hired two hours later. Got the necessary pipeline scans done and had the line replaced in just over 24 hours. From now on if we have plumbing needs he's out first call. Hands down!
