After we spotted a leak in our backyard we contacted several companies to replace our existing water line from the meter to the house. Derek answered the call and was at our house in 30 minutes. After a brief rundown of what the issue what was needed to replace the line he left to get supplies and was back within the hour. After bout an hour working. A new line was in and our water was on. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! Honest, dependable, professional, and overall awesome!!!!! We were planning on expensive repair but after estimate, they advised us to do nothing now. They checked everything out and visually inspected then said they could do work but felt unnecessary and encouraged us to call back if problem arises. Previous company gave estimate of over $8,000.. No charge for today's estimate! Felt extremely comfortable with knowledge and advice given! They have definitely gained our trust and future business !!!!!

We detected water in our garage and side of the house coming from the hot water heater. I called Plumb Plumbing call center on a Sunday morning and the repair man was here within an hour of that call. Sadly, we will need a new hot water heater, but until then all is dry. I am grateful that Plumb Plumbing is truly are a 24/7 business and provide service in a timely manner. I must say here that I did call 3 places in all and Plumb Plumbing was the only one to get back to me even though the other 2 say they are open for emergencies.
