Travis came to my house and took care of my kitchen plumbing. Very professional and affordable. Everyone else was charging x2 the amount. Even went up on the roof to check all the vents.

I called about a leak under my kitchen sink and expected a major repair. Rick stopped by right when scheduled and took a look. He didn’t see anything obvious, so he just tightened up the spray nozzle and presto! Since it only took him a few minutes, he said there would be no charge, but I happily paid for the service call. He could have easily ripped me off for an unnecessary repair, but he was honest and just did what was needed. He didn’t even seem to mind my little barking dogs. I will use Affordable Plumbing from now on for any and all repairs!

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

Diagnosed the issue more clearly than two others, thoroughly investigated, explained in detail the suggested remedy.

UPDATE:I am very pleased to say that my experience with Strongbuilt Plumbing has been rectified.The manager of the company saw my review and went above and beyond to remedy the situation and to ensure that I had a quality experience. I am beyond delighted with the magnitude of customer service they showed me after dropping the ball on the last job I received from them. It shows me they truly care about their customer satisfaction and that is truly a hard thing to find in this industry. I will be very happy to work with this company again, and I want to express how helpful Dan and Eddie were throughout this ordeal. The initial service was great, and when I called them back for another job, my experience quickly changed.I had a tech come out and inspect my water heater, upon inspection, I was told that my unit was old and needed replacing, which I was aware of. I took the advice of the tech and got a high end water heater for my house and the installation and the technicians were awesome and did a great job.I decided to call back Strongbuilt to install a new toilet in my master bath, but the second time around everything changed.The techs missed my appointment in the morning and had to reschedule 4 hours later than anticipated, which put a wrench in plans on my end when I had to have someone come to my house for the repairs while I was at work, and because I have dogs.When I asked Tania if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience of missing my appointment, she curtly said You can cancel - Wow, ok. I brushed it off, but it was a big red flag to be dismissed so quickly when asking a simple question, about correcting their mistake.When they finally arrived, one of the guys was scared by my dog, and waived a big box in front of my dog and exclaimed to my mother that he Couldn't work like this!My mom, put off by this, quickly got the dog and apologized. (Note, my mom has a broken knee and had to wrangle an 85lb dog to make this guy comfortable) Not to mention he had worked alongside my dog just days before - Also, this company claims to be pet friendly!We brushed it off, no big deal, my dog is big, and some people get nervous, right?After the installation was complete, and they had left, my mom was able to maneuver herself to the bathroom to take a look, and noticed sealant footprints all down my hall because they didn't have on proper foot protection. So she had to get down on the floor, with a broken knee, to clean it so it didn't set.Despite these frustrations, these aren't huge things to me, and I didn't plan on writing a review, because let's face it, mistakes happen, and none of these were detrimental. Just irritating.What made me change my mind, is that when I had a follow up call, I wanted to be honest, so I told them this information.The girl who called was very sweet and apologetic, and asked if she could pass the info to her manager and I said yes. I quickly received a call back and the manager I spoke to was extremely apologetic and said he would look at my bill to see what he could do. I told him that if he would cut me a deal on another toilet install, I'd be happy, and would continue to use the company. He said yes and he would call me the next day.He never called me back. I figured he was busy, and so I waited a couple of days and called back and left a message.Nothing.No call back, no extra help as offered. THAT'S what irritates me and pushed me to right this review.I spent nearly $5k with this company, experienced a good amount of BS, was patient about it, then left hanging??Don't say you will correct a wrong, and then fallback. You all are adults and professionals. It's not hard to keep your word or treat customers with respect after such a large investment.So in short, no, I do NOT recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing.

They came out to run my 4 main line. The guy pulls a small drain snake off his truck meant to run an 1 1/2 pipe runs it ten feet down the drain pulls it back out with some tiny roots on it, and starts the hard sell on how we need to have him send a camera down our pipe and then have it jetted out at some crazy price. We paid him for pulling his equipment of the truck which was worth it to get him out of here. I called another company they came out pulled out a 3/4 snake and ran my line cleared the problem and left with $120.00 done. God help an elderly person or someone not savvy to their BS ways. BEWARE!!!

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

We had a water line leak that was only discovered late Saturday afternoon. Mark came to our house within an hour of my call, correctly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote for labor and parts. He returned on Sunday morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in just over two hours (as he had estimated). I was charged $60 extra for the weekend, but was pleased to not have to wait another day without water. Mark was very informative, friendly, and professional.

--> Just to add: RG & Sons (Kasey-hope I spelled that correctly) came back out because there was a problem with another high water bill. Turns out the problem was the valve they'd replaced, specifically the solenoid. He came out one afternoon, determined it was a faulty valve unit, and then returned the next morning with a new valve and installed it. And, no charge as it was a warranty issue.
That's what I call integrity and standing behind your work! I highly recommend RG & Sons Plumbing.

We had an ongoing problem with a water leak that caused us much angst (and money from Tucson Water for high monthly water bills...), so on the recommendation from a NextDoor Neighbor user, I contacted RG & Sons, specifically Kasey.
I'm very, very pleased with their service. In assessing the situation, Kasey identified that it was our main irritation valve that needed replacing. Having been told that by another company, I was hesitant. However, I made it clear to Kasey that if it didn't fix the problem, he'd help me take care of it.
Also, he recommended using brass rather than the lovely plastic valves put in by the builder and original landscaper. It wasn't cheap, but it made sense.
After back and forth, and once the part came in, Kasey came and replaced it. It was not an easy job and it ended up being 20% less than Kasey had quoted me! Their work also comes with a guarantee.
Go with RG & Sons, you won't be disappointed!

We have several gas leaks in 2 furnaces and a water heater that were discovered by Southwest Gas late on a Friday afternoon. The gas company turned off the gas to our home until we fixed the leaks. We are senior citizens and it is nearly freezing every evening. I called Plumb Plumbing's on-call technician (they advertise 24/7 availability). The technician told me that our problem was not an emergency and that we needed to try to coordinate a time next week for their staff and SW Gas to be at our home at the same time. (It had taken several days to get SW Gas to come out, and of course they only gave us a 4 hour window). When I told the tech that I felt that he was unreasonable, he said he needed to speak with his supervisor about coming out, although he had no other calls in his queue and we were willing to pay the emergency fees. He would not give me his supervisor's name, said he didn't want to deal with my stress, and hung the phone up on me. Very,
very poor customer service. I guess they don't want or need business.
