I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

From start to finish, the process was good: their quote was affordable when compared with the others I had received, and they took the time to propose and spec out several different options for me. Every person I spoke with at the company was professional and polite, responding thoughtfully to every question I had — their communication was exceptional (and that’s worth a lot)!

I ended up installing one standard and one tankless. The two technicians who were on-site for the work were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They managed to carefully work one of the old tanks out of a very tight space without doing any damage and got the job done in less than a full day. I’ll definitely be using them for future projects when needed.

Jesse and Jody were professionals explaining just exactly what the issues were and completed the entire job in the time quoted. My experience with Mr. ROOTER was extremely disheartening! They were paid over $3000 to access and repair an old pipe so my bathroom sink would drain. It was a painstaking process.So, when their repair was supposedly complete, I had my contractor remodel my bathroom. The contractor enlarged my shower, tiled it and the bathroom floor, painted, put in a new sink and cabinets. It is beautiful!My family and I returned home after spending 5 weeks in temporary accommodations. We were so happy to finally be home.Two days being home we noticed the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. I called the contractor who came out to check it and was told to call the plumber back, something wasn't right.I did call Mr. Rooter back. When they scoped the pipe again (the other direction, under the foundation of my bathroom, which I'm pretty sure should have been done as part of their original work) I was told they couldn't get farther than 2 feet, there was another breech in my pipe. Now, I have a beautiful newly remodeled bathroom sitting on top of a broken pipe in the foundation. The sink can't be used, you can't wash your hands or brush your teeth and our house has only one bathroom!Mr. ROOTER quoted me a price of $3500 to go back in, bypass all the work that's been done, and connected the sink drain to the sewer somehow through the wall and floor behind my toliet. This price didn't include re-setting tile behind the toliet.A couple of people who were with Mr. ROOTER when my project started have left the company but I was told, if the pipe in question had been scoped both ways to begin with I more than likely would have a working sink in my bathroom today.Beware TUCSON, beware of negligence, intentional or not with Mr. ROOTER PLUMBING .

They got here in a hurry when I had a broken pipe and had no water in the house. Friendly service, and a solid job. I am surprised that we got such great service from a home warranty referral.

Our water main broke in front yard on Saturday, All In Plumbing had technician Duran at home quickly. My water main has been replaced and yard restored as if it never happened. The entire crew was professional and efficient! I would highly recommend them! Thank you ! Kathy

SO HONEST! Chris was so kind and Professional. I call this company by accident and end up hiring them. Robert came out to ran 100 ft. snake for drain cleaner. He never tried to sell more than I needed. Told my not to worry about the what if’s!!! He even offered the camera at no extra charge. I had already scheduled the County to come out with the camera. The PRICE was unbelievable and I questioned it a few times!!!! This company is the BEST for Plumbing needs!!!!! I’m glad I dialed them by mistake! Heaven Sent for sure! Thank you Robert and Chris!!!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Are you kidding? Since he said he would be unable to do all of the backfill, I offered to help finish it up with my tractor. But, in the contract he wanted me to sign, it said I would be responsible for all the backfill. He would not change it to what we agreed upon. Wow...and after I checked out the other reviews...I'm left wondering why did I not check them out in the first place?
