The techs were very courteous and worked efficiently. They told me what I needed to do to fix the problem and what I could do to make sure it does not happen again. They did not try to force unnecessary work on me, a very pleasant service call. Had to have more work done of a different problem. Nick and Devon came and the work done was perfect. They even finished in less time than they predicted. Extremely satisfied with their professional and kind work.

Parker and Son's electrician, Alejandro (Alec) is the absolute best. He is our electrician as long as he is here in Tucson. We've never had an electrician that we trusted as much with our home electrical needs.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
