Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to chat with and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Anthony for your plumbing needs!

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

The hot water pipe going to my sink snapped off at 5:30 in the morning and begin blowing water everywhere in my kitchen, turned off the main water to my home and began cleaning it up. I called Expert plumbing and explained what had happened and they agreed to send someone as soon as they could.

8:19 a.m and I received a call letting me know they were in the area and on their way, Dan arrived shortly after and immediately addressed the problem. He got to work and within an hour the problem was fixed and a new pipe was installed and water was restored. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs or maintenance done!

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! I had just moved to the area and called them for an emergency. I had a clogged sewer line, this took 3 days which I felt they had created part of the problem. I had pipes separated by them, had to have the wall cut out, they had pulled the toilet, said they couldn't reset the toilet without replacing the bolts and replacing the pipe for a $1,000. They had already charged me $2,000 for the work so far. So I refused for them to reset the toilet and fix the wall. I had another plumber replace the bolts and reset the toilet for $100 and had the wall fixed for a $100. I felt like they had taken advantage of the situation. They were prompt, polite and respectful but I would never use them again.

Excellent service and price. We had a toilet giving us problems intermittently and Tim found the problem and fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Price was very reasonable. We feel very comfortable recommending Swanson's Plumbing to all of our friends in Green Valley!!
