I’ve used Fusion for plumbing and HVAC needs a couple of times now and they’ve always provided good service and been highly professional and very responsive. When I had a lingering issue with my AC the owner personally came out twice, free of charge, to make sure they did everything that needed to be done.

My old A. C. failed during one of the hottest days. I called Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling for help, and was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and understanding expressed by the person answering the phone. She immediately arranged for a Picture Rocks Cooling advisor, Mr. Ryan Shirley, to visit with me to determine what power, kind, and unit was needed and at the very best price. Mr. Shirley is obviously experienced and his recommendations were more than reasonable than expected.
Picture Rocks Cooling technical personnel are fast and super efficient. Jaime and his team are also very punctual, arriving exactly on time.
I am extremely pleased with the service we received from Picture Rocks Cooling.

Dave re did my sewer connection from house to citi. He replaced old falling apart clay pipe. It was probably one of the longest drains in town several hundred feet. Did the job at half the cost other plumbers wanted to for the sewer epoxy stuff. Brand new ABD much better , half the cost and done in a day and a half. Highly recommend.

Great service. Paul was very knowledgeable about what he did and was patient in explaining issues found. There was no hard sale just solid information. I felt before he came that there were problems and he confirmed them for me. I am going to use Intelligent Design to replace my AC system rather than try and repair it.

I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

We had water leaking somewhere under the floor. We saw their TV ad saying they have the technology to quickly find and fix leaks under floor. So we called them to come help us locate the leak. They didn't even try to locate the leak. Just told us there was a leak under the floor. (We already knew that.) Then they gave us bid for $9,000.00 to completely repipe the house. We located and fixed the leak ourselves for around $400. Calling Cummings was a waist of time.

I had a water softener replace and custom job done for a wall mount pressure washer setup. Christy did an amazing project and fixed multiple issues cause by a previous company when they put in a new water heater. Will add before/after pics.
