Great experience. I was looking for a highly-rated plumber and Mr. Rooter was able to respond on short notice. Chris (very friendly and professional) came out to my house and gave me an estimate regarding leak detection. He quickly assessed my situation and explained everything thoroughly. I’m using Mr Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.

They came out to run my 4 main line. The guy pulls a small drain snake off his truck meant to run an 1 1/2 pipe runs it ten feet down the drain pulls it back out with some tiny roots on it, and starts the hard sell on how we need to have him send a camera down our pipe and then have it jetted out at some crazy price. We paid him for pulling his equipment of the truck which was worth it to get him out of here. I called another company they came out pulled out a 3/4 snake and ran my line cleared the problem and left with $120.00 done. God help an elderly person or someone not savvy to their BS ways. BEWARE!!!

Excellent experience! Derek gave me an estimate and explained everything that required work in an easy to understand manner. Cesar, Duran, and Jason came out to replace my water heater and remove an old water softener shed. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable! I am definitely using All In Plumbing from now on. I was very pleased when I called Cals plumbing and a kind professional answered and scheduled an appointment in 2 hours Jacob was here in 1.5 hours . We used Res-Com for the replumbing of our house years ago and had an excellent experience. They had the best rate in town and working with Luigi was wonderful. We recently had an old sprinkler system that needed to be capped off. I was impressed by the response time and how quickly the job was handled. I will continue to recommend Res-Com to my friends.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Charged me 110 dollars for the hour. They were here for 5 minutes, did not fix a single issue and still charged me, do not recommend using this company. This is highway robbery and no company who follows this business model should exist.

This review cannot possibly do enough justice to what extent ownership “Mr. Salazar”, customer service “Allyse”& technician “Ron” did to make me and my family feel like their family. During the toughest of times in Tucson with 106 degree weather their expertise made the ordeal as painless as possible even with my irritable moods from the heat. They all made sure to expedite hard to find parts and get them here all the way from Utah within a day in a half!
Thank you all for going the extra mile and then some! WOW!!!
