The tech Tom was out to fix a leaking pipe in one of our units, he was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Problem fixed same day. Very happy with the service.

Walter went above and beyond to fix my AC unit. Great customer service. I highly recommend!

Orlando was awesome! He fixed our clogged drain and gave us advice on.how to prevent further problems and what we might expect in the future. He was polite and very respectful. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. We will use Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and we will ask for Orlando by name.

I'm glad that I found Arico Plumbing. I had been dissatisfied with other plumbers since moving to Oro Valley. I decided to try the offer on the website for a Toto toilet.
The technician Mike could not have been more friendly or professional. He did a great job with the installation, even running out to get caulk that would better match the grout on our bathroom tile. He even gave suggestions on cleaning water stains off of our other toilets. I tried his suggestion and it worked like a charm.
I will definitely recommend Arico and will be using them again in the future.

I recently had a crew from Strongbuilt install a new a/c at my early 70’s home. Chase and crew did an absolutely amazing job with the install. I am beyond pleased with the work they did. Felt the cost was very high, so I asked for an itemized bill for parts and labor. They said they do not itemize their bills, but go by the book. So I have no idea how much I paid for labor, how much I paid for parts. I was given a grand total price and that was it. I am sure it was not a fair price, because adding up the labor from the book for all the different things they did would be much longer than they actually spent on site.

Jose and Daniel were amazing at fixing my terrible plumbing problem. Construction builders for my home poured cement down a drain, and so there was a large chunk of cement in the pipe. They did an amazing job getting it out! I highly recommend this company.

I cannot give them a higher score than 2 stars. I started this process June 8th. I was finished with a new unit 2.5 weeks later. It seems the communication between Desert Star Air Conditioning and Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) is non-existent. As is the customer service from Desert Star Air Conditioning.

I cannot fathom the idea of 2.5 weeks to get the unit inspected, send in the problem to the warranty company, get the item replaced. If it were a direct transaction between Desert Star Air Conditioning and myself it probably would have been faster. But it was 2.5 weeks from start to finish. I asked for the manual/paperwork for the new unit. I was told by the office staff it was left in the A/C unit?.... Who does that? So I have no paperwork on the new unit from Desert Star Air Conditioning.

The technicians came the time they said they would. When it was all said and done... I was playing messenger between Desert Star Air Conditioning and Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW).

The office staff can do better.

Would I recommend them? Unfortunately I cannot.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I scheduled an installation with Whitton because they originally installed the plumbing and it was coordinated with the builder. The scheduling finally happened after much hassle just getting a response back. Then the tech showed up with a handful of excuses asking to not do the job or reschedule (it’s too hot, it will take all day, etc - ummm yea, it’s a water softener install...). Then he and another individual spent an hour identifying all the reasons they couldn’t do the work so that they could leave and go to other jobs that didn’t require them to be in an attic. This was followed by a call from one of the job coordinators telling me how busy they are doing builder warranty work. Bottom line is Whitton doesn’t want my business or your business. They don’t want the work. Don’t bother calling them. Very shady group of individuals.
