Great service! Walter came by to diagnose the issue and gave us a quote. We coordinated everything with Phil and he was very responsible. Maria was always there to help us as well. The removal and installation was done by Brandon and Chris and they we're professional and respectful. Great service all around and we finally have a brand new AC. I called Mr. Rooter because I had a clogged sewer drain. They showed up same day within their estimated time frame. The technician Frank did a great job. The cost was known before work started and was reasonable.

You Guys hit a grand slam with your service. As expected , my A/C unit failed on the hottest day of the year so far. After a brief call , you sent out a tech. ASAP and he was on time ,professional ,courteous and informative of my options concerning repairs or replacement. Very open and visually showed me the problem and alternatives. Everyone at Rite Way engages in the best customer service - from the staff who answers the phones and does scheduling - to the installers and other personnel. Our AC stopped working abruptly, and a technician was sent that day. Turns out we needed an entirely new AC system. The scope of the work was explained, and several options were provided for us to choose from. The install went well. ALL workers were on time and professional and provided high quality work. They were responsive to all our questions and concerns. They cleaned up the mess very well. And the carpenters who came after the install to repair the walls and holes were excellent too, including the painting that was needed. We have to give a shout out to ALL OF THE CREWS who worked our job: Jacob, Daniel, Joseph, Oscar, Gabriel, Francisco, Angelo, Brian, Ben and project manager Brandon. The new AC system works exactly as promised - no real noise, no hot/cold cycling, and more even cooling throughout the house. We have a service contract with Alaskan and the service people are top notch. The reason I gave only 4 and not 5 stars is that we just discovered that the services are not comprehensive, although the service contract was very expensive. So we just had to finance a deeper cleaning (roughly $800) of our system, something that I understand is to be expected every 3-5 years but that only took 30-45 minutes of technician time. Given how hard it is to get qualified service people to show up on time in Tucson, and that my husband is 70, we went ahead with it. Someone is getting rich and I bet it’s not the technician!

AirZona is awesome! I definitely recommend them! None of my toilets were working and neither was my shower/tub. I took the day off from work so I could wait for a plumber. My home warranty tried to hook me up with another company and they weren't going to come until the next day. Yikes! I insisted on a same day appointment and AirZona came to the rescue same day! Juan showed up and was very professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to completely fix the problem that day, but it was not his fault, it began hailing, so he couldn't get up on the roof safely. He promised he would come back first thing the next morning, and he kept his word. He showed up on time and immediately fixed the problem. I asked him about long term prevention and fixes, and he never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to measure our pipes and told me his office would contact us with some bids. I can flush now! LOL I am so happy!
