I just had a big problem with the toilet and I have 2 wonderful guys who, of course fix it, but with a lot of coutes and hard work. It was a very positive experience!

We walked into our home, after being away to a 91° home. I called Cool Willy's just after 8 am and I was told that a tech would be out in a few hours! 😊 shortly before noon, Stuart arrived. He was professional, friendly, efficient & VERY thorough. When his device told him things that didn't make sense, he called the office. When they weren't able to help, Stuart called the manufacturer of the AC!!! 💜 He fixed the unit, gave us tips to prevent future issues, & even told us what to do to prepare the unit & area for a home inspection!😳😊💜 He was so friendly and so efficient!! We are so impressed!! We would not hesitate to call again!!

We called StrongBuilt on 6/28/23 with a kitchen drain problem. Office scheduled for same day. Colton Hayes comes out talks to us, goes to truck, comes back says snake is broken and he can't fix drain backup. He promises to come back first thing in morning. Doesn't show or call. We call two more times. Office gal says we aren't on schedule but she will put us on 6/29 schedule. We wait some more. Different guy (Chase Giles) finally shows up late in afternoon and seriously works on snaking out drain line and trys very hard to patch up the damaged relationship between StrongBuilt and we the customers. Kudos to Chase Giles. He works hard and finishes the job. The first guy (Colton Hayes) and Dispatch not so much. We don't expect you to work miracles but we do expect you to honor your word and either show up when you say you will or call and say you can't make it. We won't call StrongBuilt again unless you can remediate your customer service issues. Larry & Denise Kollert.

During a construction project at our home, our contractor moved a thermostat to make room for a barn door at our house. After moving the t-stat, however, the A/C system did not restart, so we called RiteWay to address the problem. Ramon, their technician, was here by the end of the day, worked for several hours to diagnose the problem, and solved it by replacing a blown fuse and rewiring the thermostat to replace some damaged wiring in the wall. He was courteous, considerate, patient, and thoughtful, and solved the problem, all the while encouraging us that he could do so with the least expense. Go, Ramon!

Paid 50 dollars for 1000.00 estimate to replace a 80 dollar fan relay board, replaced myself in 10 min. Won’t use again.

A shaky start on a major plumbing issue, but finished the job in a creative, professional manner. A few time issues, but good staff.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My home warranty sent these guys to diagnose and issue with my heat pump. They said the unit needed to be replaced. Home warranty covered part of the cost, but I paid over $600 out of pocket (including a bogus fee for an “extra man” even though they only sent one man to do the job). Not only did the installer violate code by running the condensate line to my plumbing vent stack, but in the process, he managed to drop a piece of pvc down the pipe and did nothing to retrieve it, nor did he tell anyone. This resulted in a chain of issues with my plumbing, and the damages amounted to WELL over $50,000. The company eventually removed the pvc from the drain, but they refuse to pay for the repairs for the damages. Absolutely horrible business, do not hire them unless you have tens of thousands of dollars laying around to pay for their incompetence.

Good customer service. The service tech was outstanding. Very professional and was willing to allow me to watch and ask questions. This reflects on the company as a whole and I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs or warranty service.
