Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

The 2 repairmen that came out were friendly, professional and quickly repaired my faucet. They were even able to get me in today last minute. I will be using them again.

I am a property manager and Rooter Right is always my first call when I need a plumber. Not only are they straight with me (no overinflated prices, no surprise charges), they actually do amazing work. Great contractors are so hard to come by! Rooter Right is impeccable and I will continue to call them for any plumbing need that arises.

Nick came out for my sink leak the same day I called. He diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan, went out for parts, and performed the work all within three hours.
It was quick and professional, and made me feel comfortable!

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Had waste water backing up into our basement last night from our main sewer line. Did what I could to put a bandaid on it and went to Google this morning. The previous good reviews lead me to Able Master and they didn't disappoint. Fred was quick, polite and professional, and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.

We had a ton of roots in our pipes, he came a removed them and did a quick cleanup after. He was respectful and listened to our needs. He even took care to make sure our cats didn't get out! All in all a great experience!

Had to have a section of my sewer drain replaced and they were recommended by Action Sewer Cleaning company. Did call a few other companies, but they offered the best service at the best price. Called them on a Tuesday and they came the following day! Once they had repaired what we believed to be the only bad part of the line, we found more issues downstream. They came back the next day and replaced another section of the drain. They also completed the service by snaking out the completed drain and ran a camera down to insure that there were no further problems. Took them no more than 3 hours each day to complete the project. Would call them again, if needed (hopefully not, though). Don't waste your time calling around, just got directly to these people. Professional and courteous. Thanks guys for the great job!

I don't usually write reviews but because I also rely on them when I am looking for a reliable and dependable company, I felt the need to share our experience with Drain Master--hands down, AMAZING! We just moved and are new to the area and needed our garbage disposal fixed and had some other projects - Bill got us scheduled right away and Andrew was lightning quick! Not only on time, but early (called me ahead of time to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was VERY nice!) fixed the disposal and our washer in record time- the price was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future and recommend them without question.
