So much for their name sake, dude told me over the phone that he wouldn’t work on my system and to call around to see if anyone else would do it.

They showed up fast and got the kitchen sink unplugged in about 10 minutes. Way better pricing and scheduling than Ben Franklin.

Utilized this service after having issues with another plumber.

Called this plumber to my house to resolve a sewer problem with my rental property, and he stated he used a snake to go through my drain line and he stated he tried various methods to resolve the drainage issue and used a snake as small as one inch and it couldn't make it past 96 feet.

I sent the city out to assess the issue to make sure it wasn't a problem on their end and they stated all was clear.

Make a long story short, the plumber did not come with equipment according to my tenant and charged me $145 and said he was in the basement for no more than 15 minutes.I will be putting in my complaints with my credit card department tomorrow.

It is quite infuriating to deal with unethical licensed professionals. All I needed was a trustworthy plumber to fix my problem, not throw me into more of a rut.

I just got off the phone with the owner and after having a drain unclogged on December 22nd it is already clogged again. As the previous reviewer has said... you get what you pay for. That's OK because the house that he did was that of a Minister with thousands of followers. He will spread the word about this guy. I promised him a good review in the beginning but it looks like it is what it is. I will update this review with a company that does guarantee.

[September 27, 2019 UPDATE] I needed him to come out again because I had a supply line rusted shut and not only did he remove it fast and clean, he showed me where one of the valves was leaking and tightened them for me and showed me where the issues were happening. Super helpful.
I STILL highly recommend this place.

I'm really happy with this service. I've had them out twice to fix a toilet with something caught in the trap and my basement drain was backing up for the second visit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and FAST.

Called for them to unplug a sewer line. Talked to them at 3:15 pm and they told me they would call when they had a loperson free to help and be on their way.
They called back at 5:50 pm to let me know they would be on their way if I still needed them. I told them yes and I would be home waiting.
I waited till almost 9:00 pm and had not heard back. I called and left a message but to date I have never heard back.
Very unprofessional conduct.
I would not recommend using them even with the advertised low price.

I have two dogs who bark at the slightest knock at the door. As far as my phone and voicemail are concerned, my phone was on and I never save old voicemail messages so it couldn't be full.
Either you are telling a story or your employee has either went to the wrong address or has lied to you about being there.

Set up an appointment over the phone stating that my crawl entrance is at the rear at my house and the clean out is at the front and the snake entrance is on the side right by the front clean out so you will need two people it has been done before by another plumbing company
I was told no problem it was just going to cost a little more was fine with me and I was looking afternoon for my appointment 3pm rolls around no one I call they say in hour they will be there 415 they show and tell me they were not able to do the job said sorry and put his cigarette out on my driveway and left it and then drove off said good luck

I used any drain 2 times both for clogged drains. After the 3rd time I realized You get what you pay for. I had a clogged toilet. Man came in chipped my porcelain in the bowl left a huge mess for me to clean. Didnt bother to cover his contraption he used in the toilet as he dripped liquid down the steps. End results I was told I have to many curves in my toilet I needed a new toilet. Lol After disinfecting my bathroom scrubbing hall and steps and front porch I had a lesson well learned.

Called for a slow, backing up drain. Same day service, very polite, hard working service tech. And in addition to that, the cost was very affordable. Definitely my plumbing company from now on!

Terry came out and cleaned our kitchen drain that I clogged with potato peels in the garbage disposal. He said it could have cost $3-400 cost but because of his honesty and efficiency only cost $50. We would recommend this company.

Had a main line back up that I couldn't get. Called several other places an either they couldn't come out until the next day or wanted $250 to snake the main. Any Drain Unplugged cane out in less than an hour and charged less than half the price of the other guys. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called to receive information on an estimate and whoever answered the phone simply said over and over again that I had the wrong number. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There are definitely other companies I would recommend in the area than this one.

Called them and wanted my bathroom sink unclogged they quoted me $75.

Had them come out for sewer line clog. Everything seemed ok. Four days later same exact thing happened. Called them back stated they would charge me again to come out but after this time they wouldn’t no what to tell me. Why would I pay a second time for work that was not done right in the first place. Especially when they say after that they wouldn’t know what to tell me. Called Roto rooter out. They was here for half the time and they found an old broken snake in the main line that had what appears to be some wipes on it that was clogging the main line. Here is the catch Roto rooter was coated me less and guaranteed their work.

Rarely do you find a place that is honest & doesn't take advantage of a female calling. He asked what was going on, I explained everything we had tried. Said instead of me having to come out & charging you, your best bet is to either A or B. Now I could come out & change toilet for you, if u have a new one there, but that would be $230. Upfront & HONEST!!!!! RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

I called on Wednesday for service on a plugged kitchen. I wasn't available until Thursday and the tech came on Thursday as promised. He was running late but called to let me know. I added another slow running drain to the work order and he addressed that one as well. I found them to be very professional and both drains are now in great working order.

Called them for a sewer cleanout and camera inspection after a large storm caused my basement drains to flood. The owner was able to get me in quickly, came out on time, quickly cleaned out my main sewer line, and walked me through the line inspection giving me honest advice about what needs fixed soon vs later. After finding roots he wasn’t able to get on the initial cleanout during the inspection, he didn’t stop until he pulled them out of the line so I wouldn’t have any issues popping up soon. Very professional and great value for what they charged. Will highly recommend this company to anyone having similar issues.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed to be unplugged. Was there a lot of small talk? No. Did the technician have excellent customer service skills? No. Did the technician show up later than expected? Yes. When my drain was unplugged did I care about any of that? Absolutely Not. I called to get my drain unplugged, that is what I needed, and that is exactly what I got. This is not a best friend service. I received the service I needed. This is a local company, not a big business franchise. I would 100% recommend to any of my friends and family. Thank you!

I didn't get a chance to use the service. Someone said they would be out to look at my drain and never followed up or showed. I tried calling back to see what happened and no answer, no call back. There is no need to go out my way to leave a fake review. I didn't receive the customer service expected. Simple

Called first thing in the morning. They said they'd be out in the afternoon. 2:00pm comes around nobody has come. 4:00pm comes called again went to voicemail. Left message for someone to call back. My only complaint is that there was very little communication between the company and us. If they were tied up on another job they should have called. Not us calling them twice to see what's going on. Not great customer service.

Highly satisfied with this company! Had a clogged kitchen sink called them today. They came out within 2 hours took them a few mins $95 and my drain is all good. Had another company quote me $250 to do the same thing this company did. I highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

Called Saturday 03/04/23 and he said he would have someone out but nobody showed up. I called this morning 03/06/23 and he said he would have a tech at the property by 1pm. Called back at 130pm and he stopped answering my phone calls. Try another company before calling these guys.

Never have them do anything. Needed main cleaned $100 was at house 10 minutes and called them hour later and still clogged! I called them 26 times on my phone and than used my daughter phone they called me back and hung up! Called them 2 weeks straight!!!

I Called them today August 25, 2020 to unplug The SAME Bathroom Tub. I said Isn it $49.95...The Guy said...WE START OFF at $49.95...for a Bathroom Tub that will Be $100.00 is said....No Thank You.

Go elsewhere for plumbing services!!! I was REFERRED to this company by someone I respect and even told them that over the phone. Still received the worst customer service EVER!! Whoever answered when I called for an appointment wouldn't answer my questions over the phone & was in a big hurry to hang up with me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just busy & still let them come out, despite my gut telling me it wouldn't be a good experience. Their technician was just as rude!!! Will NEVER call them again.

I have used this plumbing service several times; to unclog my sewer, kitchen sink and bathroom sink (at different times). Recently, I found a leaky pipe in my basement, not only was it fixed quickly and professionally it was very affordable!! I have and do recommend this plumbing service.

Avoid these crooks. My main sewer line was backing up, so i called them. They came and tenant let them in and then i was there 20 minutes later and he said he was all done... great, SO I THOUGHT...

Fast forward 2.5 weeks, same issue. I call them up and tell them the situation, he said no warranty on any work at all. That is fine, I can live with that and even told him I can pay another $80, but I need assurance that I dont need to call and pay every 2-3 weeks. But what I cannot live with is I cleaned the main line out myself this time, and I got out enough roots to fill 2-3 shoe boxes! ( yes I have pics for the state attorney general, and tenants are aware of this as well)

All those roots did not grow in 2-3 week period, they lied to me about cleaning out my main sewer line, and stole my $. Best case scenario for this company is that they did a half clean out and just pushed the blockage downstream, and not all the way to the sewer in the street.

Call a REAL plumber or sewer cleaner person, not this crook.

Called a bunch of different companies around The Toledo area for the cheapest price to have my drain unplugged. Any drain unplugged had the best price and came out the same day. The plumber was friendly and professional and got the job done. I even had them come out again when my sewer was backed up. Highly recommended!

Called & within 20 min they arrived at our house. Our tub drain is old & coated with years of soap scum & build up. Within 15 min he had the drain completely cleared and was all cleaned up. Our tub drains like new now!

Bad business want use them again and want recommend them the technician came out and ran the snake in my kitchen sink drain and before he left the water started backing back up in the kitchen sink so he got his plunger and tried to get the water to drain that didn't work so he ran the snake again to get the water to drain and left after I paid him but that same night the drain start running slow again so I call them back and they said it was my pipes in the floor and if they came back they will have to to charge me so I went out and rented me a snake and ran it threw my kitchen sink drain twice and know my kitchen sink drain is draining real fast.

Had a main line plugged..(happens often with the darn tree roots)..guy came out, was punctual, and did good job..bout 20 days later, had another plug up..called back because i had a 30 day warranty on job..(they normally do NOT give warranty but hubby was persistent on having one) owner was not happy that we were quoted a warranty but did honor it and it was cleaned a little further out and so far, no problems..price was reasonable and they were professional..im sure i be calling them again next year...gave 4 stars because i believe a warranty on work, for at least a year, should be provided..my last sewer guy always gave me 2yr warranty...Judy S

Went with action sewer because any drain told me they didn't want to mess with the floor drain if its been backed up over an certain amount of time. Maybe the guy that answered the phone was just a office bguy.

The landlord sent this company out to figure out why our basement flooded and to fix the issue. They asked where the sewer cleanout access is (at that point, I had no idea what they were talking about, so i had no idea). He claimed it was probably in the crawlspace, and if it was, its not something they will clean out, or repair. He was at my house and back into his work van leaving, in close to 5 minutes. So ANY DRAIN UNPLUGGED, is a lie. He seemed like he just didn't want to do the work. Completely unprofessional, and the most unfriendly interaction I've had in a long time.
