I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

Professional Service, initially had an issue but they worked it out in a professional manner.

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

I always appreciate a company that is honest and will fix something if it can be fixed rather than just replace it and charge me a ton of money. They are super responsive and are always on time. They are friendly and respectful of my home and my time.

A pipe burst in my basement on a Friday night at 8pm after winter temps were well below zero. These guys (Cody and Jacob) were at my house in less than two hours. Within no time the pipe was fixed and they even gave me some tips to make sure future things like this don’t happen again. I’ll only use them for any future plumbing needs.

First I want to say that I got this company information from The Bedford Press, my local community paper and decided to give them a try. I just had a service call from Rooter Right, a plumber by the name of Miles made repairs for me that I had requested. He was so respectful of me and my home. He showed me and explained the repairs that he had done and why he did them. I would highly recommend this company. Keep up your good work Miles! He left my bathroom as clean as he found it! Also, the person answering the phone was very helpful as well.

Matt and his wife did a wonderful job on our clogged/broken drain. They had a floor to dig up and replaced a large chunk of rotted pipe. Cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to my parents who also were very happy with his work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After praying whom to ask to check out our problem, my husband was led to their website... he called at 7:30am to report our backed-up toilets/pipes and Jordan was here within 45 minutes! Guess we should have prayed earlier as it happened the night before :D ...thankful to know they offer 24/7 service!!!! The tech that arrived (Jordan) was obviously knowledgeable, courteous & professional -- A+++++ customer service! We are SOOOOOO very thankful to have use of our toilets again!! :)

I have used in the past with no problems, they are normally fast and efficient. A lil costly but I believed always paying for good quality service for plumbing UNTIL recently.. I can not question their quality but their common courtesy I question now. They were on the schedule for a property of mine. Which later got rescheduled. The day of rescheduled I Called and made sure we were still on. I was assured we were. Then they did a NO call NO show. And now two weeks later still no word. Needless to say we were ready to pay lots and because they did that we were forced to go a different route.

Epically since their website says same day, or emergency calls. I called on got scheduled one day (plumber got sick or emergency and forced to reschedule- not made at plumber ) mad at the fact that was never further contact

Their lack of customer courtesy will not use them in future works

Don't deserve one star!! The lady that answered hung up then I called back got voicemail. They have enough clients they don't need anymore client , so move to the next Google search
