Spent $2 on my own instead of $250 on Maurici Plumbing. Plumber was very nice, but did not acknowledge the real problem with my toilet. He told me that I had to replace my entire toilet and have them install it for another $250 so a total of about $400-$500 depending on what toilet I purchased. I asked if there was any other cheaper alternative, but he said it would not work. I did some research online and found out that it was just the valve seal that was causing my toilet issues (which is extremely common for my type of toilet [Mansfield] apparently-so ANY plumber should have known this). I went out to lowes and purchased a $1.99 valve seal, youtube'd a video on how to replace it and fixed it myself for 2 bucks. To think I would have spent $400+ when all I needed was a $2 fix is ridiculous. Their plumbers need to be a bit more honest with their clients, rather than trying to make more money.

We reached out to Olin Plumbing for a quote to repair and install multiple things around our property. Joe arrived on time, he was very friendly and informative and walked us through all the work and pricing. We agreed to the jobs and he was able to get started on several of them immediately, which we did not expect. Far exceeded our expectations! Will definitely continue to use Olin Plumbing. Very impressed!

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

I requested an estimate for water heater replacement. Cass scheduled it for 8-10:00 am. At 10:30, I called to to report that estimator did not show up or call. Representative said he had an emergency and was still tied up. Said he would come to my home between 12-2:00. Said “no thanks”! A simple phone call at the time of the “emergency” would have been the polite, professional way to conduct business. Wouldn’t trust this company to do an on-time, professional job. St Pete has no shortage of plumbers!

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . John called back later that day after reviewing the video and advised me of the same. If you are looking for an honest and no BS company to take care of you Trenchless Sewer Line Repair is it.

Daryle did a great job. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, too. When I explained the plumbing problem, he knew exactly what to do. Using the snake cable with persistence in the drain pipe to the septic tank, the clog was removed. We are once again able to use our kitchen sinks. Daryle is a fine and honorable representative of your company. I would also like to complement Tanya, who called me back on Friday afternoon, explained my options, and set up the time for the repair.
