Our proprietary manager sent him and I would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone. The first time he serviced our house he wrote that the clog was an “alleged” clog even though I had pictures of sewage in my shower, bathtub, and all over the floor. He did nothing to fix the situation and I got a bill for over $100 for a “false emergency” even though he did not come until several days after the issue occurred. Then when I wanted to know how the problem would be fixed because it was still happening he told me he needed to “look at his notes and he would get back to me” which he never did. I didn’t hear from him again until he came over to repair a different issue. Refused to wear a mask in my house and showed up 30 minutes early and then was irritated when I made him wait until the appointment time.

Bobby was amazing! He quickly figured out an issue with our two water heaters (one solar - one standard) that we've had 2 other plumbers look at and not resolve. He saved us thousands of dollars with his fix (so we don't need to buy a new solar hot water heater). I will definitely be calling chuck's plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs!!
