Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

I've used Phillip Maurici a few times. They always show up quickly. The plumber is always friendly. Plumbing is usually a little pricey, but I think they're fair. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Todd Bishop is an amazing guy as well as an excellent plumber! He is very bright, knowledgeable and put me at ease within 5 minutes of walking in the door. He listened to everything I said about the problems I was experiencing and offered complete solutions. He then actually provided solutions that worked the first time. I highly recommend him and All Pro Plumbing. Did I mention that the water to my house had to be shut off and he arrived within a few hours... outstanding service!

Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs made my house livable again. For a year, I had issues with my cast iron plumbing and the insurance decided they did not want to pay. Had a warranty claim with uncovered items totally approx $1150. I asked what was covered and was quoted from triangle plumbing that my direct vent gas water heater can cost up to $2200 then she talked about a range from $1300 to $1800. Went back and forth a few times with warranty company and Triangle plumbing. Woman at triangle plumbing was very rude and had a nasty tone asking do you want a water heater or not!. Yeah, I do, just never from you. I found many plumbers willing to do the job for around $1500, and finally found someone to do it for $1250. Wish I could give negative stars.

I am impressed with Chuck’s Plumbing, the update for when to expect the technician is very helpful, and works well.
Letting the customer see a photo of the technician, and having the comfort that Chuck,s employees have been background checked is comforting.
When Bobby first came out on Friday (on very short notice) he inspected the existing tankless water heater, and determined that it had out lived it’s life.
He spent some time working up three suggestions to get hot water back into our condo, we chose the suggestion that made the most sense for us.
What we went with was to put a tank type water heater in, instead of the tankless one, since materials needed to be picked the installation was scheduled for Saturday.
The installation was done by Cleveland, and it went well, and we had hot water Saturday afternoon, there was a minor item that Bobby returned, and took care of during the week.
Working with Chuck’s Plumbing, and their employees has been a positive experience for my wife, and I, I do recommend Chuck’s Plumbing.
