This is the plumbing company that invitation homes( a terrible and under average leasing company) uses for most of its issues... we have had two no call no show appointments with them within the span of one month. The lack of disrespect for other peoples times is truly amazing with these guys. To top it all off when they finally decided to show up to fix one of the many issues, they did it half assed and had to come back the next day due to poor lack of skills from the technician. Invitation homes should comsider using a different plumbing company with more respect for tenants times. Wish I could rate them a zero.

We called Anthony Gennaro Plumbing after discovering there was an issue with our drains when we installed a new washer. They scheduled an appointment for the following morning. James was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain why we were having certain issues and explained not only what he would do in this visit but what we could do in the future to prevent a repeat problem. He was very friendly and completed the job as expected. I highly recommend Anthony Gennaro Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

We were without water for days waiting for our property management to get someone out to fix our plumbing issue. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Mark from this company. He was very professional and well mannered and also provided us with plenty of information on the situation and did a great job. Very nice and respectful, we would definitely use this company again. Well recommended.

Horrible. Spoke to a guy named TJ about my house and that it was important to have hot water due to my mother in law being terminally ill and needing hot water for her medical issues. Had been rescheduled by him 4 TIMES! When speaking with him on the phone my issue was brushed off nonchalantly. However the technician that showed up was very pleasant and fixed my hot water heater

Scheduled me in almost immediately. Very professional and thorough. It took a while to figure out the problem but after the the leak was fixed in 15 minutes. Oh ,,, he cleaned after himself. The best plumber in Tampa.

Timely and knowledgeable

Invitation Homes (An extremely HORRIBLE and MEDIOCRE Leasing Agency) uses Anthony Gennaro Plumbing as an outsource company. In the past month we have had TWO NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS with them.The first work order we had to reschedule and when it was completed the first time it was NOT DONE CORRECTLY and they had to come back AGAIN in order to fix the issue with another time frame of 4 HOURS. Now when I was able to get Leo L. a rude and disrespectful Maintenance Manager at Invitation Homes on the line he was playing a blame game saying that it was this company's fault that they did not receive the work order. The lack of disrespect for ones schedule and having to take time out of my work day for this is quite astonishing. Invitation Homes should consider using another outsource company with more respect for a persons time. I wish I could rate them lower then what I have them done as correctly.
