WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

Horrible drivers!! Guy almost ran me off the road 12/1/16 on Ulmerton in St. Pete. That loser almost had a law suit that would have put this company in bankruptcy. If their drivers are that inattentive and reckless I can only imagine how they operate as a business.

I have a tankless water heater. The water was no longer getting hot. I called Roto Rooter and they sent out Muka. Muka found the problem; there was a bad heating element. Muka was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the entire process step by step. He helped me determine what parts were needed and how to get them. The parts were ordered and Muka returned on Monday morning to complete the service. We are very happy to have hot water again! Thank you Muka, EXCELLENT JOB!
