I was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for an appointment on Friday service. On Friday when they did not show for my scheduled appointment I called and they said I was not in their system for appointment. I said how could that be if I was contacted by Llona plumbing to verify the spelling of my address. I of course did not want to continue to reschedule.

Replaced my Grandmother's Washing Machine Pipe and has helped my Mother multiple times, have done excellent work.. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a solid plumber who takes pride in their work.

My plumber Jarrett Mathis was on time, communicative, and did very good work at a great rate. I would recommend!

Charles did an excellent job as far as what he was tasked to do; as far as Servicing Your Customer, Home Adviser/Ray Duncan Plumbing Today should get 0 Stars. . .I took a good amount of time 'Describing What Job I wanted Someone To Do, however, I was misinformed that 'all' the work I outlined would be considered for a job estimate. Thus 'This Service was a waste of my time and yours!

I recently had this company done the repipe for my home. There were so many things were not done properly and they had to sent different technicians to correct it. The technician named Chris and Brian came and fix and clean up the messes other technicians left. They are excellent. They knew what were the issues and fixed them properly. If you are going to use this company, please ask for Chris. He is the best. Because of the good guys the company sent and willing to do the right thing. That is how the company got good rating

I was very happy with the service I recently received from Premium Plumbing. I had a hot water heater replaced and requested a quote on a number of other plumbing jobs. The plumber (Corey) was prompt, polite, knowledgable, carried out the work requested to a high standard and provided the additional information without any kind of hard sell. My previous experience with plumbers has not been good and I will definitely be using these guys again. I highly recommend.
