They arrived on time, explained wjat they were goig to do. At the end we watched a video of the cleaned pipes. Everything was clean.

They fixed a problem that a different plumber couldn't. I wish I had called them first.

We called Blue Box when the hot water in the kitchen just started to dribble out, same for the guest bath too and it had problems with the cold water too. They gave us an quote $530 cheaper than a competitor to completely remove all the galvanized supply lines (both hot and cold) under the house. It took Plumber Pete a couple days to complete the arduous task but the water now comes out in a strong, full stream and hotter than ever. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They came out to clear a clogged drain. They were at the house within an hour and took care of the problem. Not cheap, but they were very nice and got the job done quickly and sometimes that's everything. Greatly appreciated.
