I’ve been a member of red cap since owning a home in Tampa and recently had a duct work issue in which I called Red Cap. The technician they sent out on the first day was not overly friendly but did the work respectfully. We noticed that evening that a light system was not working in the same area that we had the duct work. We called Red Cap back and they sent the same technician to fix the issue. He was annoyed from the start at being at our home and talked down to me. He fixed the issue and walked out of my house without saying a word to me. I am definitely in the market for a new plumbing and ac company now. If there had been mutual respect I would stay a Red Cap customer.

First of all I would like to thank John and his crew for coming all the way to Cape Coral to fix an emergency issue. He is well respected by other companies and plumbers. I have an old house with cast iron pipes that had some serious breaks in the lines right under my living room. He put me at ease and told me we would not have to break the ground and that everything could be done from the outside. So far the lining is working out great. He was always giving me a status update and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Thanks.
